No I didn't NL - Nobody was expecting that stupid "rise" from Zcash, but it wasn't the true price just a marketing ploy to generate hype because nothing changed hands on the digital currency exchange at that price and it crashed.

The company spelled it out in previous announcements regarding no return of value to shareholders. Anyone who invested after that and is now complaining about the situation deserves no sympathy at all.

Indeed you are correct regarding the structure of the payments, and I did several dummy buys before executing, up to 300k was 1.6, 310k jumped to 1.925! Crazy really which is why I took the 300k. Also I notice the delayed 500k buy earlier today at 1.65 :) This might go a bit crazy if they pick up some gold assets, as Brett Boynton alluded to.

Happy to pick up a couple of million if the ask drops to 1.5, mainly for the stake in BASS which I think will be a massive play, but it would have been nice to get a bigger chunk of BASS initially, as apposed to the staggered arrangement according to milestones.

Cant get a quote to sell any shares in all honesty, seems to be an unusually large number of shares available to buy which intrigues me. I hope it isn't what my gut is telling me though

Na not really, I got a quote for 500k a little while ago at 1.575, which has since gone up to 1.6. If it goes back down to 1.575 I will buy the 500k because I'm in a tight git mood

Don't get me wrong, this situation isn't all positive! If the disposal to BASS was for cash up front it would be a different story, but the fact of the matter is the cash element is minimal. My question is will the money received for the disposal cover the Tirupati cash commitment, in addition to having enough cash for an acquisition that is required to keep this listed on AIM (our share of TRM will be 45% which isn't controlling). Thats a major aspect that needs addressing.

Yep I saw the spread drop, literally got a quote within seconds and was oohing and aahing and didnt press execute, then had a think about it and decided to buy but when I tried to get a quote again it went to NT and a few buys went in during that time and price went up. Then when I finally got a quote it worked out at around £360 more then I was quoted minutes before, so being the tight git I am I waited :)
