Well the thing is if we had 51% or more of TRM we wouldn't need to make any further investment's, because we are a minority shareholder in the JV we basically need a 51% or greater holding in another asset and there is no guidelines required on the value of the acquisition, it just has to be the purchase of a controlling interest in something. I just get a very strong feeling it will be a gold acquisition.

Indeed you are correct about Bass doing it properly which will ultimately delay Tranche 2, and an RTO doesn't have to be huge, it could be a small £100k purchase of some explorations licenses in Spain for tungsten, gold or copper etc etc, it doesn't have to be an expensive acquisition IMO.

Thats a nice holding you have there :) I don't blame you for wanting to lower your average, if a bit of trading on the side helps to bring it down good on you I say. Im just trying to work out what the next step is for the company, will tranche 2 come in quick enough for us to do another loan deal against them to free up the cash required for the RTO? Will a placing be needed in the meantime? Its all these if's and but's,but my confidence is in the value of the BASS shares going forward (minus the NSR) - not only that our cost base is being cut down to the bare minimum going forward so we basically will have strong paper value, very low cash burn, a JV with a strong graphite company and (hopefully) a gold asset. Bring on 2017

Interesting jimbob, the trades definitely have been unusual with the grey trades almost matching buys for the day. I just hope the company really are looking for that acquisition that is needed otherwise some investors will bail out, because I don't think we will increase our share in the JV. Regardless liquidity is tight, I'm confident that Bass will be a fantastic backbone for the company and we should look to diversify into gold/silver which would compliment the Graphite JV we have.

Also just to confirm as expected that 100k was mine as well, there definitely seem to be more liquidity, on the past 3 occasions I have only managed to get 50k shares after having much larger limit orders.

Couldn't agree with you more! Our share of HH is close to our entire MCAP, based on what UKOG paid most recently to increase their stake.

Indeed the largish trades at the mid point have always been sells in my eyes, I'm just trying to work out who would be selling. Im happy to be buying at the same price as the seller so can't really complain. Being able to buy 300k live was confusing to me though, who is providing this liquidity and was there a delayed sell that triggered the lowering of the spread? Its all up in the air at present!

Im glad you didn't have the cash lol because that 300k was me luckily :) Managed to buy that on the open market surprisingly, put another limit order straight after for 350k more so I reckon that 100k that just went through is mine as well.

Looks like I'm not going to get them lol :) Oh well, share price should be around1.8p if we were looking purely at the cash value! If the company utilised the cash and got their act together this could be an interesting play
