re.. the delays, and increased expense to date, and on-going issues as expressed in the RNS appear to me to be much more than just teething problems but rather have required large scale redesign. Remember the plant is already 2 years late and at least double the original budget.....
...the above is all absolutely correct...and as the other Donald would say.....a known known...and therefore presumably in the price.
ergo...where we are now,the downside would appear to be very limited.

Sometimes I wonder if those running and advising companies and stupid or if they just think investors are? I guess in the case of Bidstack (BIDS) it might be fair to assume the latter as it served up interims today.

Last podcast JD stated " we are on Aim currently". Not sure he is too impressed with some of the MM plays.

The share price will be played hard tomorrow. Don't forget there is an Inverstors day coming if I am correct.
I think we will see some huge buying again for that and after... There will be a lot more meat being presented.
The Linkedn post he was raring to comment further on what is coming in Q4.

If anything like Q3 then we will literally be dancing. The feeling was it would be even better and has he hit Q3 hard.

We are at the launch pad. The deals so far have been stunning. The deals to come will be just as hot more likely hotter.

Block Energy

A West Rustavi update this morning from Block, the sidetracking on the 38Z has commenced targeting the middle and upper Eocene formations ‘with the benefit of valuable new information’. At the WR-16aZ well oil and water production has varied significantly partly due to the failure of certain downhole equipment but remains at a strong flow of oil, water and gas and the recent week was 230 b/d of liquids with a water cut of 78%, higher than expected and a flow of 130 mcf/d of gas.

The encouraging news is that this has proved the productivity of the Middle Eocene but also making it difficult to assess and delaying production rates which has a knock-on effect on timing of announcements. Having said that this was always to some extent a learning process and results from these wells over the next few months should give us a much better idea of what this part of Georgia can impart.

RockRose Energy

RockRose has announced interims to June which given the plethora of news recently is almost entirely already in the market following the return from suspension after completion of the Marathon acquisition. But the best news for shareholders will be the interim dividend of 60p per share with an anticipated final of 25p.

Proforma production of 22.1 kboed with 2P and 2C as at 31st March 2019 is 87.6 MMboe and total cash at 31st August of $367.9m of which is included $86.4m of restricted cash. EBITDA for the 1st 6 months was $51.6m with capex of $25.6m. Successful integration of Marathon, drilling at West Brae and Blake is upcoming and progress on Tain and Arran is on budget and and schedule. Some 2H production will see fall-off but this is to be expected and designed to benefit the longer term

The bottom line is RockRose is still trading at cash whilst generating over $200m per annum, still investing in the exciting asset portfolio and is committed to dividend discipline. While continuing to convert 2C to 2P my target price of 3750p remains firmly in place, what’s not to like?
