Let’s face it. . . SD had know idea about the take over of NM from NC and certainly had no idea about there being a divest. SD saw the opportunity of gaining 100% of Hav and Telfer and dare I say it for a steal. What should he have done, left well alone for another entity to be involved/dictate. GGP are now in control of their own destiny and with the excellent board in place should move this to the next step and beyond. If not then we can judge, but not now.
