Really Triton, Pinnacle were the ones doing their due diligence not AMTE, must have seen something they liked eh. Also, are you sure the deal will actually happen. If not, there are currently only 166 million shares here and the mcap is still £1.7m.
To think, AMTE was once, only two years back, over £3.00 a share lol. The market cap now is still crazy low v the potential in the nascent Sodium Ion market, which will push the world towards mass market production of cheaper EVs.
Shares in Issue 166.26m
Market Cap. £1.70m
Yes market is collecting shares this morning, they will take well over a million in one hit. I wonder why? Some news is likely tomorrow so they need to fill their boots imo.
Spark EV battery production to prevent decline of UK car industry, MPs warn
A report by the cross-party Business and Trade Committee stated that hundreds of thousands of jobs are at risk.
Electric vehicle (EV) battery production must be incentivised to prevent the decline of the UK car industry, MPs warned.
A report by the cross-party Business and Trade Committee stated that hundreds of thousands of jobs are at risk if the issue is not addressed.
The committee argues that the UK could become a “frontrunner” in building “sustainable and ethical batteries”.

Welcome Clarkey, yes they made buys look like sells for a while this morning imo.
Chancellor Hunts Autumn Statement, with significant reported EV support included in it, is tomorrow:-
"UK chancellor Hunt targets EV battery sector as part of Tory expansion agenda
Chancellor Jeremy Hunt is set to announce a substantial increase in funding for electric vehicle (EV) battery manufacturing, according to reports."

Lol anyone force fed pumpkin and carrot in Norfolk from a young age would likely turn out a bitter and twisted old hag too eh. My pet hates for dinner!
Was it a cookbook fth, full of disgusting carrot and pumpkin pie recipes ?
Norfolk, you say eh, lowest of the low all those carrot munchers! Mrs quant went to uni there and loves her carrots haha.
Moving on, stock looks ready to explode again. Looking forward to Hunts big funding plan for EV industry tomorrow.
Pinnacle are an investment vehicle imo, likely working on behalf of a third party. Who that third party may be is what is important imo.
The autumn statement on Wednesday by Chancellor Hunt will be interesting , plotting a course for the UK EV industry going forwards.
Sorry, there was an important typo there, again:-
HorisM is correct. He stated "Looking through the last few grants AMTE didn't get anything." A couple of million here and there years back simply does not cut the mustard. The government has relied on small start-ups and early investors all the way down the line with regards to the EV industry. It has said a lot but delivered very little.
The Tories are supposed to be the party that is pro-business. They have not been thus far in this EV space imo.
If they DO NOT support UK start ups that are doing their level best, then what is the actual meaning of the 'pro business' Tory Party?
The grants that AMTE has historically been granted have been woefully inadequate. Look at this one example of how the US supports the industry :-

It is way past time now for the UK government to step up to the plate and actually put its money where its mouth is, in order to build a strong and resilient UK EV R&D and manufacturing industry.
It is clear that Sodium Ion is the most appropriate EV battery tech as the primary enabler towards mass market adoption of EVs. Sodium Ion tech is both cheaper and more eco friendly than Lithium Ion tech. Sodium is far more abundant in the earths crust and oceans than Lithium.
If they do not manage to do what they have said they will, then they are nothing but a massive failure. The UK economy would fall behind in the EV space, probably never to recover. This is unthinkable for a Tory government.

There are only 166 million shares at the moment here pumpkin. You would be surprised if I told you my target here. 1.30 is truly of no interest to me. Your negativity is becoming tiresome though, I may have to filter you now, something I rarely do. GLA
Why would we want to sell out at a paltry £2 million mcap pumpkin? Maybe if the mcap was a more realistic 20 million I may consider some eh. Roll on wednesday.
Some in the know, with a basic understanding of value, are clearly mopping up all the traders shares pumpkin. Roll on Wednesday.
Yes, no sellers there - whats the point its on its backside. They need to raise it if they want shares.
Should be an interesting last 30 minutes here - Chancellor Hunts Autumn Statement re EV support is coming on Wednesday. Then the real fun will begin here imo.
Correct HorisM imo. Who wouldn't like to see say £100m chucked at a £1.8m tiddler eh! Suitors will all crawl of out of the woodwork by Wednesday imo. As I said earlier, its all smoke and mirrors until then. Not long now!
1.70 by Wednesday announcement of new government support for the UK EV industry in the Autumn Statement. Then, who knows eh. GLA
lol, poor old pumpkin eh. interesting to see this come to life as the us wakes up. shows what ******ed market we have in london.
