I think Dr Mary is just saying he wants to see the results as soon as possible, as we all do.
If you remember HR was use in the Phase 2 results and will be in the Phase 3 also:
"Patients who received SNG001 were more than twice as likely to recover (defined as
‘no limitation of activities’ or ‘no clinical or virological evidence of infection’) over the
course of the treatment period compared to those receiving placebo (HR 2.19 [95% CI
1.03-4.69]; p=0.043). "
,
No that was just my interpretation of the video
Meant does look like sng001 testing in activ2 phase 3 is underway.
Does indeed look like sng001 is underway.
Activ-2 is for any variant - If Omicron variant become widespread in the USA then many of the participants would probably have the Omicron variant.
Think "Real" LSE shows prices 15 mins behind, and is now showing status as "Closing Auction Call" so might have to wait a bit for the final price.
"We've also moved to phase 3 with an inhaled treatment where you replace the interferon response...." Mario Castro on University of Kansas Facebook update just now. https://www.facebook.com/kuhospital/photos/a.10150374112643104/10159433883003104/?type=3

Another interesting Tweet from Aurélien Mary, the French clinical pharmacist who is also trialling inhaled interferon.
"IFN beta is more efficient in vitro. Moreover there is neutralizing antibodies against IFN alpha explaining some severe covid19 (around 10%), but exceptionally anti-IFN beta (<<1%). Much more promise in SNG001 than AP003."

Here's a Tweet with a link to a Canadian news story referring to SNG001.
It's from the French Clinical Pharmacist Aurélien Mary who has been mentioned in earlier posts and is also trialing inhaled interferon.
