Agreed, but although we have a massive find.

The grades aren't good in all places, this is why the whole project isn't open pit.

It's why from the early stages we talked about block cave.

Of course everyone on here that wanted a bid instantly became experts on block caving and announced that it was too hard and risky for anyone to do.

Without checking while block cave was correct for our deposit.

Obviously I disagree with your summary, as for all the reasons I have posted on the past.

I don't believe anyone will get into a bidding war, as the book is too diverse.

It means someone would just overpay, and they could go and buy another copper prospect that is compromised as they need funding.

We are not vulnerable to cost pressures therefore we can state our terms.

And that means we are not selling cheap.

So majors will look for cheap bargains and that's not us.

Anyway let's hope to a good start when the market opens this morning.

When I logged in this morning.

I saw Redknight vilifying me, and talking absolute twaddle.

I saw DBW snidey remarks and Slug trying to goad me, which Jeezoo says he never does and it me that starts it.

But I never looked in over the weekend.

Also we had the same unfounded ramping saying we are going to be bought.

As you know Damers you have been here long enough to know that the same people always try this without any knowledge or proof.

To be honest it's tiring.

I on the other hand loved that we can start a reasonable open cut from as little as 8 metres.

Was anyone over the weekend discussing what the company has told us.

No is the answer.

Just more misinformation.

Nobody discussing time frames to start construction and get to production.

No one discussing power requirements and how much power required for the start up, and how to achieve it, while meeting longer term needs.

No one discussing final permitting and timeframes.

No one discussing transport links.

No one discussing the amount of concentrate take for early start up.

No one discussing the numbers of how much the concentrate earns us a month, after offtake and deductions.

No people on here pretending that the news never happened and still repeating we are going to be sold.

As I believe we will find out where the genuine price support for this share is after all the recent good news.

A continued advance, would mean something has fundamentally changed here.

I do expect some profit taking, but hoping those can easily be mopped up.

But I believe that you would agree that it's Nick Mather that has got us to this stage without being sold on the cheap.

He kept the book diverse.

Brought on Newcrest to stop BHP getting too much control.

Had his own holding plus DGR and Tenstar.

Then the bit we disagree on.

Mather was always going to stand down, as we needed the expertise to take us on the journey to construction.

He wasn't kicked out, but remained as a NED.

He has played a blinder in keeping the book diverse.

In fact it's more diverse than ever today.

Can't see an agreed bid, and certainly cannot imagine the circumstances that would call for a hostile bid.

I wonder how long till the first spade is in the ground.

We await a RNS on the power situation.

We have had different CEOs at different stages of the company's development.

They were all required for the job they did at the time.

Good grief has nobody learnt anything from all these years of being invested.

Our CEO made it very clear that although we have had many parties in the data room, no one has made a bid for us.

For all the reasons that I have posted on this board.

The reasons haven't changed and no one party has decided to even take a controlling interest.

In order to make a successful bid, the main holders would need to sell out to the bidder.

That includes Nick Mather and his interests.

They will not sell cheap.

The diverse book makes this expensive to bid for.
