I actually don't think that addicknt's and my summing up of the situation differs much, we just see different outcomes.
I am sure addicknt will correct me, if I am far off the mark.

Quite possible addicknt, and while this is happening, we continue to prove up other sites and add value.
I believe the one thing, we may be agreed on, is the price should a sale happen.
This is not going for under 2 pounds a share, once the PFS is out.

newtoit, I posted yesterday, anyone taking on Alpala has to renew the environmental licenses, this includes the water permits, which took us 6 months, as cooperate governance had to change, and we had to test our solution, to the satisfaction of the Government. Padmaster posted the article yesterday, on tax for Alpala if sold independently.

addicknt I understand that, my point was on widely perceived historical events. As for me, I have never followed people blindly, I have always in life, struck out on an independent course. I have a mind, that makes me want to understand, as much as I can about any event or situation. ( I understand that can be annoying )

Read some of the soldiers accounts, people who were on the ground.
Understand how hard life was. Did you know, that nearly as many died of Trench Foot, as were killed at the Somme.

addicknt, I have a friend and also my ex manager, who writes about 1st world war history, does battlefield tours and cave diving at historical sites.
The one thing that constantly comes up, is that you cannot compare the first world war, to modern military warfare, and that the way history is written, doesn't explain the mass slaughter in historical context. These stories of advancing towards the machine guns, is based on one battle, and you have to understand what went wrong. Nearly everything that could have gone wrong did. If they had modern day communication's that incident would never have happened.

Morning Jerry, hopefully, NM is restoring faith slowly. I really don't believe the market expects any bid action after the 15th. You may be right, and we will retrace, but I won't be selling, as I am invested in the story, and it's just got a lot more interesting.

Miagi, we will just have to agree to disagree. I am more than happy, with the direction we are taking, for me anyway, because I can only speak for myself. Blanca was a nice unexpected surprise this morning, as I believe this was the bootstrap mine, that was talked about, in an earlier period.

Morning Miaga, all I am saying is NM, would have known the Franco Nevada situation. And if he had any doubt, that it would have been signed, he would have lined up an alternative source of funding.

The evidence, is that if people had believed NM, he constantly informed us that the FN deal was held up, because of Covid.
He never deviated from the message.
Franco Nevada always said the funding deal would be completed, they never deviated.
Eventually the deal was signed.
My point being that it was another conspiracy theory. The evidence was there all the time.

Just another brief note on conspiracy theories. We have had a lot of speculation, on why this has happened, why that has happened. Some people saying PFS delayed on purpose, some saying Franco Nevada deal, will not be signed, forcing BHP to bid early. Drill results held up, to force CGP's hand.
This all is clearly nonsense.
Why doesn't this chatroom, now start to take NM at his word, and listen carefully to what he says.
It is crazy, that we held anything up, if we could have got news out earlier, the share price, would be higher, and we could have offered, less than 11 shares for every 1 CGP share, and it would have been snapped up. We would have a better defense against takeovers. We are getting there. We will acquire the full funding and build Alpala. Nothing stands in the way of progress.
Lastly a thought on drilling out our other tenements.
Once we acquire CGP, or just the remaining share of ENSA. ( don't care which scenario is true ).
Once we have funding in place for building Alpala.
Then we can do this in the next 9-12 months, about the the time we require more money for exploration.
The shape of the company's finances, will look very different after that, so why can we not debt fund further exploration, and have some debt on the balance sheet. As in percentage terms, it will be insignificant.
Maybe after we acquire CGP, the dilution days are over.

Blanch is interesting. An unexpected surprise. I agree with addicknt, that this is about defending a low ball offer, and also we have a few days left for CGP to accept Solgold's offer. CGP shareholders have to ask themselves, do I want to own CGP shares and cough up a lot of money and get heavily diluted, or do I want to share in Solgold's expanding portfolio, and pay nothing.
