RE: BIDS FOR SOLG2 Oct 2020 19:14
Earthling, you keep choosing to misunderstand me, If we get a bid, that's OK, as it will be a high price, for all the reasons I have given. It will not be under a pound.
You think I want to wait 5 years for a payout.
Now kindly pay attention, as my position is consistent, but you haven't listened.
All the evidence points to taking this to production. My argument is led by the facts.
I neither favor a buyout, or waiting.
I look at the evidence.
The problem with a bid, is it will need to be near to full value, and no major will pay that.
As no other major has approached Solgold and made an acceptable offer.
If you where to stand back and examine your reasoning, you would see what I am saying is correct.
What you are doing is deciding your outcome, and supporting and repeating views, with your preferred outcome.
That is a terrible strategy for investing.
Today hopefully I showed everyone on this forum, that the argument, that Solgold cannot build this, to be utter tosh.
How did I do this, I supplied the evidence.
It is clear to me that you don't understand how a diverse book, will affect a takeover, yes other posters disagree with me. But like some said Solgold couldn't build it, they are also wrong.
I understand how to value a company, and recognize that how all things being equal, what are some of the factors, that can affect that valuation. I won't go into it on here, as it would be lengthy and full of details, that would explain my valuation.
Please feel free to continue disagreeing with all my posts, but supply, the evidence, and the supporting facts, as it would make me, reexamine my arguments. I wish you all the best.
