Good morning all, just got up, after watching most of the American elections last night. Just read the RNS, and seems to be good.
Last night, was appalling bad. The worst racist comments, I have ever seen, and that is saying something. I have made it clear to admit, that to allow this poster to return again and again, makes them complicit, as it's their site. I do hope something can be done, as this person is dangerous, and unbalanced.

Hi newtoit, most telescopes are two or even three telescopes, if you do astrophotography.
You have your main telescope, another telescope fixed on top as a finder scope, and if you do astrophotography a guide scope, that is aligned with your robotic mount, to keep the tracking accurate and the object your tracking in view.
But Binoculars are a good start.

May I ask what the telescope is Shipright, and what you use it for. I might be able to make it less rubbish for you, as it just might be you need a little help using it.

More importantly for me, it doesn't say that CGP can raise the finances, with their 15% of ENSA.

Good morning all. I dare say we all know people who are having a torrid time at the moment. PI's are selling long term holdings. People over 55 in the UK are maybe accessing pension cash earlier than they anticipated. Fuse still on the floor and some long term bargains to be had. So Solgold is not high on the agenda. I would like to see the PFS, just so I can see how we are progressing.

Hi Miagi, I am not an expert on this, and learning all the time, from friends who experience racism, nearly every week in one form or other. It often occurs, when you would least expect it, and we are not always aware of our own behavior. From moving a handbag on a bus, to pulling away from people, to the way we talk differently to people.
The more we keep it in the media, the more we improve society.
As for RogerMellie, I would happily buy him a dinghy, if he thinks this country is too crowded, he can go to a less crowded Island, May I suggest Rockall.

Smickster and DBW, sorry you don't understand what racism is.
I will take your point first Smickster.
If you were robbed because of the colour of your skin, then that would be racist, or at least have a racist motive, if however you are robbed, and the thief robs people and does so because he wants to feed a drug habit, or is a general lowlife, then it is not racist.
DBW, same argument applies, if a white guy insults a black guy, and the reason he insults him, is the colour of his skin, then this is a racist.
If a black person insults a white person because of the colour of his skin, then while you might consider this racist, by definition it is not.
I have never heard a person of colour, call someone a white bastard, or white anything.
