Just playing catch-up. It seems that RK's summary is things are progressing, PFS will be on time, we are working on the funding for Alpala which we expect to be debt funded with minimal dilution.
Really all the things I have been saying for two years, and RK has rubbished me for, saying that independent funding of Alpala was impossible.
How did I know all this.
Simple I listened to what the company was saying.

Sorry but 0.15 for open pit, we were told 0.3 on Alpala and then it was dropped to 0.2
I am guessing that this is the case as copper equivalents are using 1700 dollars an ounce for gold, as opposed to 1300 dollars. But have to remember this is MRE1, and we had three MRE's before we got Alpalas PEA. Really unsure how this is going to be received.

Afternoon DBW, I saw the open letter, however if their was anything in it. The Solgold share price would have responded in a positive way. It didn't, so from my point of view nothing has changed. However we have the PFS and the first MRE's at Porvenir and Tandy to look forward to.

Good morning Jerry , we haven't had any false dawns apart from the date of the PFS, the false dawns you refer to are the conspiracy theories set by posters on this forum. Yet again we have people saying we will get an offer or be taken out. They ignore the evidence and facts available. Some don't even know the definition of evidence or fact. We proceed in the way the company has outlined. We still don't have a CEO and again this creates another conspiracy theory. Let's try listening more to the company, than to the uniformed posters that have largely taken over this chatroom.

Hi Bozi you are correct that we haven't seen eye to eye, but that is largely down to his dismissive approach to me, when he always says I lack knowledge and then I turn out to be right and he is wrong, he never corrects his statements and says that I continue to misunderstand. I just find him arrogant and lacking emotional intelligence.
You are correct that he has knowledge, but I think he has dug himself into a hole, and looking at the evidence would mean that he has to admit, he has called this wrong.
He will never do that, as he is not that type of person.

On the issue of the letter, I agree it's unusual, but I was taking the line, what is the purpose of making their feelings public.
I would suggest that they are trying to wind up PI's to protest. After all it was the PI's that carried the day recently.
Another entity looking for an early payday and selling us out cheap.
If they thought BHP had some hold on Solgold, this letter would have not seen the light of day.

However saying that, the letter clearly states that they expect Solgold to go to production.

I am not posting so much these days, as I have come out of retirement to take on a project, won't say what, as that may identify me, but will be posting less for the rest of this year. Maybe a little longer.

Bozi is correct, forget BHP, as NM has 20% of the company backing him, that is more than BHP, but you continuously say BHP is in charge.
I am sorry but you show very little knowledge of how these things pan out.
If BHP make a move to take control of Solgold, you will see the diverse book come into play, ( another thing you don't understand ).
Then no other block holders will support BHP and you will see the diverse book in action and defending us at an independent level.

I repeat BHP did not stop Solgold taking the extra 50 million, that was a decision taken by Solgold.

I have repeated many times, I do not believe in conspiracy theories. If you have evidence, please post it.

Thank you rcgl2 the letter certainly expects us to go to production, that's why they increased their investment.

Addicknt your doing it again. You are trying to find minute details to change the facts to fit your way of thinking. BHP are not going to overpay for any discovery. They will try and acquire as much of Solgold as possible through issues. They certainly won't get into a bidding war.
Just read what both Solgold and BHP are saying. Solgold are saying and progressing Alpala to production. BHP are saying no to overpaying.

I agree DBW a bid is possible, I have never thought it would be cheap I just don't want to be brought out at 40% of NPV, depending which study we are on.
I wouldn't mind 70%, but I am patient and if we get to production it's 100% and a bit more.
I don't see it while the book is so diverse, but if someone acquires someone else's holding , then depending who it is, I will reevaluate my thinking.

Monte I have always said that, my actual quote is "Alpala going to production is the most likely outcome".
I have always said a successful bid could be launched if the diverse book was consolidated.

Zoros let's pretend you have a brain cell that is at least semi functional.
Ask yourself this. If you were going to sell Cascabel, would you sell it, or would you set up a tax vehicle in Switzerland, so that the building of Alpala can be financed at some of the lowest rates in the world.
You would just sell it, add in the fact that Solgold has said which tenements are for sale or JV. Also work out that Alpala and others are not on the list.
Your conclusion is ignore all the evidence and say that it's for sale.
