i think it would be prudent now for us to look at possible future actions that may result in us getting a percentage of our cash back.
This is a long term orchestrated fraud and it may have evolved from an unintentional point, but the hidden and sneaky transactions along with underhand actions.

As Mole has rightly said, litigation is unlikely to work here
1. Hugely expensive (millions)
2. Difficulty serving, this already evident
3. Where would any money come from in the event that, against all odd we won?

So you think the big players all secured their investments and did okay out of this?
That would imply that where people think SN has failed twice, in reality he has won twice.

Those on BOD paying themselves high wages and bonuses for years promising jam tomorrow.
Then taking their initial and ongoing investment out with a slide of hand.
So they have what they came in with and then take huge wages for many years

Its almost the perfect scam
was it poor geology? do you mean that the huge gas field was a figment of their convenient imagination?

I backed Zaza on here and i still have the audio recordings from the meetings on my sharefile, i am horrified at the promises.
In last meeting i had conversation with "Evan" ( can t remember name) and with my positivity i mentioned being firefighter and this as part of my pension. He said nothing is certain and not to risk too much. It shook me, the way he said it but i ignored what i now see as a direct warning. I think he was legal guy?
How much and how many knew that this was a mess, was this the plan all along. Find some land with small oil and hydrocarbons. Big it up and fleece those stupid enough to throw money at it.

Only good thing out of this was meeting some of you, Mole, Puddy Coddy , prod and many more, good honest people who were a pleasure to have a drink with. Shame we never found a pub called the Jester as it would have been more fitting.

Zaza - Could soon lose and maybe big repercussions
Hope / Outrider lose and maybe with costs and loses in big financial trouble too
Shareholders - lose

GOGC now they could benefit, resell the block or even state oil work the data
Few politicians have done quite nicely too, with the money paid to them to fight our corner.

So as usual the good guys lose, the pigs got their noses in the trough but something emptied it before the greedy buggers got in there, finally the bad guy and politicians in both Georgia and USA did quite nicely .
Why is all that not a surprise.

I lost a big portion of my investment for future, some lost pensions.

You would think in this day and age Aim market would have some protection, not from failure but at least from corrupt and underhand tactics.

To be honest i do not care why or how, just keep it going.

It would be gutting to have any glimmer of hope and find its an ex employee or someone having a laugh.

Who is in charge of FRR? Does FRR even exist?

Secretary, comms person. Registered address. BOD

on positive side, if i was the state oil company and i worked out that yes this is a huge gas asset, what would i do.
A good fake environmental claim may be enough to scare people away from claiming the asset back.
Nothing like a multimillion pound law suit threat for environmental damage.

Is that just political games, for a temp hold or something sincere.

I believe Zaza has used this time to sell oil and possibly mechanical infrastructure, possibly also allocate funds too.
I suggest he was annoyed at losing everything so chose to help him self with a smash and grab at what he could.

Danger for SN and us is, more than loss of funds oil and infrastructure, the damage could be irreparable.
Did i read about oil seeping causing a environmental hazard? Would that not happen if mechanical infrastructure was rapidly dismantled and taken away to be utilised elsewhere or sold.

Some initial thoughts
Was this always the plan, or was it a forced issue?
Zaza paid money in and was happy to add more. What we do not know is was he already taking the cream off the top.
If not, then having lost millions, was his hand forced by the greed of "Hope" ?

Who in all this has our backs? anyone?

It would seem, none of the above.

What i have found in life is often all is not as it seems. Very strange how GOGC are now acting in concert with Zaza.

This is interesting alone, why lobby if a company has lost everything.

I have written this off to a large extent, and waiting to see who needs to pay for any con trick to steal my cash.
However - it does seem that all is not gone ...yet. Along way from me getting any of my cash back, but its not 100% out of the question ( just 99%)

If proved, what can be done if all is in Georgia? This looks very much like back office govt ownership where Zaza has gone to govt with a profit sharing plan. Thus a big win for the East and big loss for the West.

With Russia flexing muscle in vicinity of Ukraine, Nato must show strength, if not what faith will these countries have in us protecting them from mother Russia?
If Russia does what it wants then Georgia will see Russia as the friend as not a good enemy to have, if Russia are held to account then maybe Georgia will see Russia as a threat that the West can protect them from. I met him and he seemed fair and honest, but if i am honest every successful con man does.

The excitement (what seems an age ago now ) about FRR was the supposed gas in place.
Any talk of green energy could legitimately be about large scale gas production. It still fits as green energy.
The latest technology is hydrogen included in the gas as a by product.

Can anyone confirm the email received is legitimate, i mean from the company as a legitimate correspondence.
Not a fake account (new email set up like FronteraGE@gmail.com ) and not by a rogue ex employee .

Has FRR really been producing all this time? If so do we not have rights to see production, revenue and expenditure docs?

I really hope this is all true, but i have learnt the painful lesson on being overly hopeful in recent past

There lays the Problem
This is the person that acquired shares at a highly discounted rate and then attempted to force liquidation to recover the supposed value he claimed. He is a shark.
If he liquidates the company then likelihood is we get nothing.
If FRR does not exist then our shares are worthless. We have to remember that the loan was to US. As in, as shareholders (joint owners) of FRR, he leant the BOD money ( forgetting the in's and out's of how he did so) so to a company we part own. So my reasoning is why would he want to give us anything. If his intention was to force liquidation, so he takes the company, he takes it lock stock and smoking barrel. We are left with sweet FA.
My only hope in this, would be that the company structure has to remain to keep the PSA. However apart from us, who really cares. All the Georgians would want is an income for the country selling hydrocarbons. Hope wants as much money as he can legally acquire and lawyers will want as much of the pie as their greedy little hands can scoop up.

So can someone explain why, as shareholders, that we could get anything in this deal, other than a bad taste in our mouths.

I so hope i am wrong.

Where is this going?

If OMF are going for shares belonging to Zaza and SN then that sounds positive, in that there is still a shareholding structure. Then to profit those shares would have to have a value

Contradicting that is the ongoing Liquidation.
If liquidation of all FRR carries on then what value are the shares.

Can i ask why some think Hope wants a value including with us, is he actually the good guy?
Most hedge fund companies are predators, they take all the meat off the bone like vultures.
Yet we almost had a takeover due to hope, FRR BOd fought against it but from Memory it was fairly good.
Zaza etc said stopped it as was way below value. Was it thou ? or did it cut off a cash making machine from them?

I never thought i would still be in limbo all this time after we were delisted, i expected lights out or golden tickets.

it is equally plausible that Zaza could see something going on and started to look after his own interests.
We have to remember that SN has been here before and watched a lucrative oil find slip away to others.

Just saying its better for all, if they fake a loss of company deal and any profit gets shared between them and not the shareholders
