We all know Russia has had its influence in Georgia and this has also held us back and in my opinion the offers of a JV

or buyout.

Just when that looks likely to be less of influence, due to unpopular Ukraine war, we get Azerbaijan and Armenia playing up. I suspect this is linked to Russia in the back ground.

This could be a nothing issue or have widespread regional instability.

I would like to see FRR done and dusted and money in my account as this world is seriously messed up.

Forward selling etc. They lend money and then they are like a greed fed monster looking to not only get their money back but absolutely smash profits by forward selling and even shorting stock. So they lend money to start a company but will effectively destroy that company if they can profit from it.

i think they will get something back if they are patient and let the company get back to doing business, What they are doing is slowing the start back date and so slowing payback date for all.

I suspect like hope was originally, they would like to take the asset and make millions for their investors.

Speaking to Ukrainians who have links to Georgia, they suggest that Georgia is very much at the mercy of Russia. The Country would be unable to defend itself. The Govt is pro Russian but the worst part is that Russians have been moving into Georgia so that when voting happens in future, the population will be largely Russian. Tis is exactly what Russia does, it manipulation on a huge scale. They fix the vote by increasing the voters in their favour. This makes it very difficult for us to sell to a Western Country. Things change, especially if Ukraine beats Russia and Putin removed. This Ukrainian has lots of family in Russia. They blame the Ukrainians for their mortgage problems and hardship and will not believe my friend that Russia is at fault. Russians are totally brainwashed and fed what govt wants them to believe. Same is starting to happen in Georgia.

Well if it was 5p at the time
I would suggest we more shares now but i do not think more than double.
Plus i would think we did more exploration and we played with UD2 since too.
So i think somewhere north of 2.5p perhaps significantly, unless of course the payment first goes to hope and SN and other creditors then remainder for shares.
I am just smiling as we seem to be coming out of the other side now and that looked unlikely a year or so back

Hope was trying to push a deal for the company years back.
Does anyone remember the price thought to be offered if it had gone ahead, it was a sly takeover attempt.

What i see, Hope will want to guarantee his money back, he will not want to wait years.
I feel that that takeover ( who ever it was to be) is what will happen.
Just feels more likely and i feel that is how these cases are being dropped, it was a case of no one gets anything at one stage and now i feel they found a way ahead for all

I agree some progress and unlikely to relist.
However as a private company we are more in the dark than when it was listed.
At times then we were kept like mushrooms in the dark.
This is not over yet and profit for us is still out of reach, just a little closer.

We do not know if they intend to screw us over, SH obviously thinks he can make some serious money , but how?

Value to sell
We have seen many *** packet estimates including in billions for what we hold, we all agree you do not fight over an empty box, and fight they have done.
But what is the value, and really that comes down to what some one will pay for it.
The gas and oil ! but how hard to extract and costly? The geopolitical issues?

So selling it may be just a final handshake away or still i pipe dream
The other way Hope etc can make money is extract resources and get paid a high directors fee, like 2m a year. We always then break even so they cash in and we are permanently left waiting.
Then we have a legal argument where potentially they could argue its now a different company or give 90% of the company to a third party company to cover depts and we are left with a miserable 10%.
Like you all i hope BP or Exxon Mobil are waiting on the sidelines to hand over a huge check.
Even then what info do they hold about shareholders to pay out?

Well i think this proves that as correct.
If there was no value in what resources FRR were sitting on, these vast amounts of money would be mainly written off by liquidating the company. I see a huge effort to rescue the company and that must mean that the value is massively in excess to what they owe.
Which hopefully means that one day we all do okay out of this

Do you know anything about liquidation of a company. It would seem not considering your posts and conspiracy about waiting until 2024. That changes absolutely nothing in regards to company debts. In fact the debts have increased by prolonging the situation so your theory is at best ...wrong.

For the record, i did promote Zaza. I went to the shareholder meetings and recorded them. I shared the information he shared.
He stopped to talk to me and shook my hand as i entered the meeting.
He answered my questions
I was as taken in as the rest of us, by the big smile and the fact he came to talk to us.

Remember previously meetings were held where it was difficult for shareholders to attend.

I met some good friends at those meetings and would love to have one more as we get paid out. Some were from iii such as Devex and ToT.
I may have promoted Zaza as a honest CEO and believed the crap he told us, but as a share holder i was just fooled like the rest of us. I still have some of those SH recordings too.
I went to those meetings to hear from the horses mouth, then to share with those who could not attend.

I think Zaza shares 1,014,259,226 if given to hope, would net him around £50m if shares were 5p each.
Plus any shares he would already hold

I think that we need to look at what the confirmed reserves are. The amount of shares have increased so yes that could be dilution, but price of gas has also increased. The market for gas from places other than Russia has become important too, energy security.

What i would like to see is that the deal with hope was the transfer of ZM's shares to hope as part of the deal.
That would mean that hope would want the best price for those shares and so aligning himself with other shareholders.

5p would be a good starting point now, but we need to see technical confirmed reserves to see any potential upside.
Question is, after all this time, who here would except a quick 5p per share to move on. Especially when the company looked close to dead at times over the last few years.

I would certainly suggest that Hope believes he can get something out of this company and so that hopefully means we can to

I really am starting to believe that the chance of getting my investment back is increasing.

Where we all saw Zaza has the hero and Hope as the villain, We may see role reversal as i believe Hope has a outright buyer for FRR. lets wait and see.

Anyway, seems things have turned in the right direction, although the way forward is not clear yet.

What i would like to throw in the mix is this ( it could be part of the deal)

Hope, was years ago using under cover methods to gain information about FRR for a buy out. I can not remember the price at the time but it was better than the SP.
This became known and its how he came on the BoD with his sharing of info and loan to us being an issue.

To be honest, i would like to see this resolved quickly but in a fair price for Share holders. SN may not see this as his best interest, but considering where he was over last 3 years, its a vast improvement.
It would give SN
1. A large payout that he could use for Moldova
2. If shareholders profit then he can easily get sH funding also for Moldova.

Ex FRR holders who made profit would be more likely to take a small punt again, new investors would not be put off by the fact if FRR had cost investors money.
Now its blatantly obvious that the box they were fighting over was not empty but question remains on just how full it is.
