They'll probably just dilute our shares into oblivion. 2 billion new shares were allocated on 4th Jan and another 500 million on 6th Jan, the total issued shares being 6,033,230,615 at that point.

I have around 4 million shares myself but I'm not expecting much of a return, even in the long run. Pure guesswork on my part though!

What I wouldn't give for a crystal ball on this one come results day.

My instinct is a healthy increase in the SP, but after the hit following the BARC results, I honestly couldn't call it now.

Spights! No! The command was upwards!

I bought in at around 565. Right on cue, the SP sharply dropped and I'm almost 2% down. Only I could manage this on a very green day for BP. I think I just might be cursed.

I just have to vent. I cashed out yesterday as the SP continued to fall (and accelerate), losing all my gains in the process.

I made the mistake before with Rolls Royce of hanging on expecting a change in direction that didn't come and didn't want to make that mistake again. The opposite would have been the right move this time as it bounced right back within a day.

Still a lot to learn it seems.

Hi all. A bit of a general query. I instructed an automatic trade on Interactive Investor, realised I'd mis-keyed it and tried to cancel it to amend and re-submit the instruction.

It's now 2 hours later and it still shows as 'Cancel Pending'. The shares are now effectively locked until the cancellation completes or (presumably) the original transaction does.

Has anyone ever had a similar issue and is there anything that can be done to resolve it?

Lots of small, rapid-fire automatic trades this morning. Is this shorters working hard?

It doesn't look there are going to be any this week.
