Seingred - good post. I don't see much point in speculating about timescales or future gold prices etc. What I do know is that the PEA suggested 150k oz pa over the initial nine years. That I believe is still the expected outcome (MC has said as much in recent interviews) and the DFS was simplified on an 80k oz scenario to demonstrate that building the mine is commercially viable based on $1600 gold. I just Mark to crack on with announcing a finance package so that we can get on with building the mine asap.

Seingred, they have plenty of time to upgrade the motor. The build, once finance is sorted, will take 12 -18 months and during that time plans could be upgraded. The BFS numbers were simplified with the one aim of securing the finance. The actual production numbers will be different and substantially higher. The BFS was a base case only.

I don't have a link but there was a small article on Saturday I think detailing the RNS and talking about the potential of LST's lighting systems. Definitely looks undervalued.

I am not really suggesting $670 aisc (unless oil drops considerably) but just stating that the main reason the aisc has gone up to just over $1000 in the DFS is because production is only 80k oz in the DFS instead of the much higher number (circa 150k) that is is likely to be in reality once the feeder pits are added. Higher production = lower aisc all other things being equal.

Good to see. Can't say I am surprised by that valuation. Clear potential to go quite a bit higher once the mine is up and running. Always a chance of a bid landing at anytime now too, now that the DFS has been published.

There are some good videos on youtube that are worth watching about LST. This new lighting system for growing crops under cover has to be the future. Should be plenty of opportunity to grow orders as the value of the systems is demonstrated through more customer trials.

After the recent mention in the Mail I looked into this share over the weekend and liked what I saw at the current low sp. Hard to but in any quantity this morning to had to buy in several small tranches. This looks a decent bet to recover as orders start coming in.

Couldn't get an offer earlier on to buy but now being quoted 31.7p so shares clearly in short supply this morning.

I agree Simms, it would certainly be high on MC's and Jim Mellon's agenda to pay out a decent divi. Profits here could be much higher than suggested in the BFS simply because production can be almost twice as much with the addition of feeder pits/underground ounces and also the feeder pits will increase the grade. Higher grade and higher ounces should substantially lower the aisc. I think the PEA suggested an aisc of around $670 per ounce.

Yes barnard - 12 months is a far more likely scenario' particularly as the sag mill is on site and that site clearance has been done. This really is the start of exciting times for CNR in my opinion and couldn't be happier to have accumulated a decent holding in anticipation of boom times ahead.

Yep, just added another £10k. Very impressed by the recent interview with Joachim and I really think this is a bargain now. It seems people are queuing up to provide finance for the build so no doubt MC has plenty of options to consider. I don't think it will be too long before he announces how this will be done. No point in wasting valuable time, let's get on with it.

Great interview with Joachim. Well worth a listen for anyone not familiar with the story here. Key message is that the actual production per annum will be much higher than the BFS base case which has been kept simple just to demonstrate the figures on the main pit support a financing package. MC mentioned that 150,000 pa would happen very quickly after the commencement of production. Obviously the AISC would come down significantly as the number of ounces (particularly the higher grade stuff from feeder pits) is increased so the economics here are top class.

10 million oz district now eh? Mark certainly trying to put us in the shop window. You never know when a bid might materialise so not a share to be out of really!
