On Gold Miners on Discovery channel which been watching for years they often have to use Dozers to remove 30/40 M on over burden until they hit pay dirt. When they think they have they get the old pan out and wash it out and see what gold specks/nuggets it holds to decide if on the right spot. If so then it is dig the lot up and truck to a wash plant and keep going until you got it all. The trick is often following the streak as can change directions.

When they get rain it can turn in to a massive mud pit. If they start too early in season found usually frozen and can hit permafrost and have to try and thaw it.

Before this they do do bore samples/drills over an area. But different type of ground compared to where we are which will likely need rocks crushing.

Yes a "halt" not suspension and will be trading at 1000 regardless

Just assuming that the top layer is just over burden to get down to pay layer? May be wrong, but if it is would have tested to a degree would have thought to find out where to go down to?

The market is looking at the drill/assay results to give indication of how big and how much.......the capital raise won't make much difference to us. Or indeed to Riversgate. As I posted previously their SP went up after a raise with a single tranche to Specialised investors below Sp. I think it will be the same this time with the raise done and dusted.
