We are still in charge of the drilling at the moment and the results. The Labs provide the assays so they are independent. And some of those assay results are out there and more about to come.

The fact is they are going to be breaking ground soon. It doesn't take long to set up an open pit. The gold they harvesting is all shallow surface. easy pickings.

If you never watched Gold miners on the likes of discovery channel, do. You can learn a lot. Pulling 300 ounces a week out of one of these pits is nothing. That is over a 10 Million a week. If they open other pits to run alongside etc etc do the maths. and yes I am talking at lower end!

@Twenteen I am always positive if I am in a share but I do balance possibilities to probabilities and here they are that the probability on all known "facts" so far is that figure will be seen as low soon.

NB 105 Million!!!! yes not proven but the potential could be there....dwarfs 2.5-4.8! setting a benchmark hmmmm wow!

Riversgold’s exploration strategy draws parallels with Saturn Metals Ltd’s Apollo Hill Gold Project, located 175 kilometres north of Northern Zone, which boasts a resource estimate of 105 million tonnes at 0.54 g/t gold, setting a benchmark for Riversgold’s ambitions.

Every drill they have made has struck.....eventually it has to run out, but not yet I think and how far does it go?.......very, very exciting times!!

I got fair idea both Riversgold and our %'s will taken out once its is proved what a huge resource it is. An decent offer in near term and leave it to others over the years suits me fine

Then......... "Allotment of the New Shares is expected to occur on Monday, 6 October 2025"

on 6th October opened at 0.0080 and closed at 0.0090

14th January when suspended

opened 0.0090 and closed 0.0110 when cat was apparently let out of the bag. It is of note that the volume had been considerably higher than normal on days leading up to the suspension although the price didn't leap 20% until the 14th.

SO.........................what can we deduce from any capital raise that is very likely already done in a single tranche again............well my fellow investors work it out, not hard is it.............sleep well

NB unless ASX decide (very unlikely inmo) and the "earlier" of 2 options I cannot see commencing trading on Monday without RNS So imho nailed on announcement

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 19 January 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.
