Think it was fairly obvious to anybody paying attention, and both companies, that there was no way they would make H2 production. State 9 only TD and gas 3rd June. Looking back over last few wells then.....well obvious. They just chose to wait until all wells drilled to state the obvious. They were simply over optimistic stating end of Q2 at the beginning. Even with minimal delays, which there were, never going to make it. Happens all the time in mining, no biggie for me.

However, as long as no hiccups, I could see production by end of third quarter. Maybe this time HE1 being a bit more cautious with Q4 whereas Blue Star say H2. The key thing is it is all estimation, nobody can give an exact date. IMHO 3 months to get plant built, tested, commissioned, tie ins etc is doable just about so maybe 3/4 months. End September first half October is realistic. Fingers crossed.

The Finance part of the FS would have had to include potential funding sources as part of proving commerciality. Along with many other parts. The TG are not going to award a ML to somebody who says, "oh yeah, we need this money to do it and no idea where we getting it from but don't worry about it". Joking of course but you do have to show how you going to do it, not just say it!

Remember they have been talking to "interested parties" for well over a year. Who were interested in the potential at the time well before FS and CPR which says a lot about what "interested parties" knew. IMHO the final touches will have being put in place once we had been offered the ML and carrying on through Framework etc and just maybe be ready to be revealed in one big RNS.
