As shareholders own HE1 100%, which is 100% of the 87% of Songwe which was set up as JV to TG so they could get their 17%. Any dilution obviously affects HE1 share holders. But as said that dilution is likely to be through a JV/Off taker that will give the cash for next stage in return for a share of equity or a long term contract for all gas at source. The aim of this hopefully will be to leave share holders with a free carry to and beyond production over a long period of time. They negotiations have imho been very good so far with TG and I expect now partnered with TG that they will drive a hard bargain to big boys who will want in on this long term, highly commercial venture with the good will

You do understand that brics countries or not when the US slapped huge tariffs on everybody they ran to the table same as everybody else did to do a deal. If Brics were so great why didn't they just say at that time we don't need you US and stuff your tariffs?
