Pps guessing the sale price at this stage is ridiculous. What good does it do? The share price is up and down constantly at the moment on news, or even non news. When war is over and get told of potential buyer doing DD then maybe can start guessing game. By all means have a guessing game at where think SP will be with new listing, on ceasefire etc but sale price, nah. They can't dilute through a raise at this time as they don't have share holder permission after withdrawing option from last AGM. By dilution it very likely means through a JV or similar where we will issue equity in return for likely full funding which in turn will likely give us a free carry to production and beyond. This is normally how it works. As for non invested trolls who sell out of course you are free to listen to anyone

You for a start! The "off takers" prices of which you have no idea as the range is wide and has many factors such as quality of the Helium or which ours is high grade. Until you know that you can't put a price on it. Except it is a feckin lot!

Factors such as our government partnership is likely to give us a better price as well. So basically your calcs mean nothing at this stage so how can they be factual?

Another HUGE factor in the price we will get will be the length of the contract we could award an Off Taker. As this is a decades long project that is likely to be quite long and therefore better price again. All about stability.

Then again there is also the fact that Demand is out stripping supply and likely to get worse in coming years. This will also be factored into the prices as well.

Neither we, out the TG, will be giving anything away cheap. With a project such as ours we are firmly in the driving seat.

Most of what you post is your opinions (mostly negative as in your 2p comment) dressed up as fact when far from it. Might fool some of the folk but......

The SP will be driven by news, sentiment and potential. If you knew anything you would know there are companies on AIM valued far higher than ours with feck all! Why do you think the SP here has been far higher when had nothing?

When a company can go up 25% on no news does that make it worthy 25% more in real terms? No, it is just AIM. When it drops back next day 10% does that mean it is worth 10% less in real terms? No, it is just AIM. So when HE1 is worth 3-4p and might not even have started production yet that is just AIM.

So when it is worth 2p without any production how will you use your crass calcs then? How to convert it to 2p ffs seriously?

They are planning for Decades of production. This is huge and a lot of money to be made for a long time. Pretty sure the big boys got eyes all over this. Question is which one wins the prize? Besides the Helium then are big advantages to JV with us as first Helium producer in Tanz. Working hand in hand with the government is very advantageous for further licences. First mover advantage. Oh yes, we are very attractive imho.

It is imho highly likely that the figures will go up further with development and appraisal work. They usually err of the conservative side and wouldn't be surprised if that the case here.

I am expecting back to 6p within couple of weeks, much more if/when ceasefire agreed. Wolfie and the Trollettes running scared of what is going to happen.
