🚀 HE1 Crosses the Line: First Helium to Revenue 🚀22 Dec 2025 00:08
Congratulations Investors ! 🥳
Today marks a genuine inflection point for Helium One.
First refined helium has now flowed through the Galactica (Pinon Canyon) plant in Colorado. This isn’t a test flare, a promise, or a slide-deck milestone, it’s processed helium coming out of a live facility. For HE1, with its 50% working interest, that means the transition from “near-term” to actually happening has just occurred.
Commercially, this matters more than the headline. Short-term sales contracts are targeted for January 2026 to begin generating revenue immediately, while longer-term offtake agreements are being structured to lock in stability and scale. This two-track approach is exactly what you want at start-up: cashflow first, optimisation second, and durability baked in.
Operationally, the plant is now in ramp-up mode. Additional well tie-ins and infill drilling are planned through H1 2026, with full capacity expected to be maintained for over 12 years, and that’s before expansion drilling or a second plant on the broader Galactica-Pegasus structure. This is not a short-life pilot; it’s a scalable industrial system.
Strategically, this achievement does two important things for HE1. First, it validates years of subsurface work across the Galactica-Pegasus acreage. Second, it materially de-risks the group story by introducing real production and revenue alongside Tanzania’s longer-life, higher-impact opportunity. Optionality has now turned into execution.
Markets often struggle to price the moment a company quietly becomes what it said it would. Today is one of those moments.
Helium is flowing. Sales are next. Scale follows.
That’s not hype, that’s delivery. 🔥🧨🚀🚀🚀🚀
