@Offler , off takes etc. follow the ESP, not precede it. Once flow and bookable reserves are confirmed, funding and deals line up fast… that’s how project finance works. Nothing made up, just how the game’s played. 😉

@Offler , funding at Rukwa becomes a very different discussion after the ESP confirms commercial flow and converts resources into bookable reserves. At that point, traditional debt and offtake financing options open up, reducing dilution risk significantly. It’s how you move from speculative capital to asset-backed funding… the ESP is the key that unlocks that door. 🔑

If you want to wait for results and finance in place before investing , that’s your choice but clearly shows you are risk averse AND in AIM… which makes no sense. Perhaps stick to your inflation eating fixed term savings account?
