We have a market cap of 2 Million. Why would Shandong Ruyi pay 16.5Million for 54% now.

They can (in theory) get the entire company for 2 Million...... Why not just make an offer to the company at 4 Million a 100% premium on todays price and buy the lot.

To be fair he called the SNT scandal perfectly. What he claimed would happen, did happen. So wouldn't dismiss his comments. If you stop and think, something has to give with this AST thing, the government have dug a hole for themselves and now need to get out without loosing too much face.

Agree with Redbus....Akers was after a shell, his co-investors held over 30% so at the right price they could have made an offer for the remaining shares. Someone, somehow, somewhere put the PI Army on to this share and ended up almost doubling the price for Akers, so no shell but a healthy profit. Akers could have sold hoping to spook PI and drive the price down below placing level so that he could buy again.....who knows.

Fundamentals are we now have a company valued just under 740K - so pretty much a shell price. If their sales can now consistently be 140K for the next 12 months there is sales revenue of 1,680M and an undervalued company.

RNS later this week will clear this up. I bailed the second I read the TR1 RNS......but then re entered again about an hour ago.

I think this is a possibility that he was planning an RTO and got caught out by PI interest and driving up the price. He had established a new co in January - wonder what that was for. Probably the CEO has been working hard since end of last year to keep these parasites off his company. Anyone know who this other guy is Brendan Adams?

Interesting to see that the Director of Dewscope, which took 590,254,867 shares on the 14th December is is also a Director alongside Akers on a company called Concho. Akers also took 590,254,867 on the 14th however the reported % were 12.7% and 16.9% respectively totaling 29.6% keeping them under the take over threshold of 30% - if they are acting in concert! Akers also established Ritorno Limited 7 January 2019 wonder what that company is for?

I think the financials are also a great read. Showing 2 Million in cash, whilst payables are pushed right up and current assets have the EMEX Loan note. This company on the a Current Asset to Current liabilities not liquid. I think there is a bigger play on here, this is just a shell now. The business is bullshit....bit like Phil Jackson or whatever the ex CEO was called.

The Directors should all be struck off. This entire EMEX thing stinks of Fraud. Furthermore the reason for the earlier balance sheet revaluation and manipulations was most likely because one of the directors had pocketed the money.

Complete shambles - this will come back with a valuation of GBP 250,000 (i.e. shell valuation). Unless the crony Directors have already decided to bankrupt the company and flip the company as a shell.

Okay, before you all starts yelling at me....I am a sharholder and believe in this story. I would just make a few observations: 1. Shouldnt the Biz Development team have been built up already for the CE Mark side of the business. We have been free to sell in Europe for a while now and no sales. Not clear what strategy we are following on this side? 2. We have 387K of cash and a burn last year of 258K....guess the burn will be faster now we have the costs of the US company too?. For whom I have not been able to find any financials online. So how long do we have cash for 6 months, 9 months? Are we going to get sales prior to cash running out?? 3. Would be quite disappointing if we get FDA approval and then silence on the sales. Surely this has been underway simultanesouly. From the RNS seems not. Comments from anyone???

I think the financials are very good. What the business needs to do is stop quoting this 20 Million User number as I do not see how in essence one third of the country is a user of their services, its just impossible. Myanmar is at a very early stage of development, only 30% of the population are connected to the electricty grid! We need to keep this in mind, the recent announcement with the Myanmar Railways is laughable as the rolling stock must be at least 50 years old and needs significant investment. People using the railways are rather at the lower end of the economic pyramid not some suited city commuter. Will these people connect to Wifi and then play games...possibly. MYSQUAR really needs to look at how to further monitise their users now. Mobile Money however is flying in the country and taps into the lower end of the pyramid mass market that need tyo send money back to family in far flung places. if MYSQUAR can really get into this business then as shareholders we will be sitting pretty. But the regulatory environment is not going to welcome a new player. This is a typical developing country investment...it will be Binary in direction.

Take a look at the reviews on Glass Door for this business. Telling that for most replies UTW had to apologise for the delay in replying. I think UTW is a typical high pressure sales job through a glorified Call Center.

I think this is telling: "However, it is now expected that the trading and, therefore, profit of the Group as whole in the second half of the financial year will be below expectation and will be lower than the first half of the year." I also picked up that staff turnover, I think the energy surveyors, had fallen from 70% to 59%..... This is still a HUGE Turnover and doesnt sound like a role people want to stay in! Think this stock will remain spooked for a while now and the question is can better value be had elsewhere?

I agree with Revoy, whilst the CE mark will de risk the company i'm not sure this will push it to 10p....it may spike but will probably pull back. Key is Sales as Silverlight has described...with modest revenue you can see this at least doubling. I have been in since the company was a shell....so i'm holding here for the ride! :-)

I really wonder if you are not Phil Jackson himself. My own Trolling is backed up by facts not some claim that I have emailed the company and received answers to my questions.....Share the emails if you have.

They are not buying as they use this company just to provide for their lifestyle....this is a main reason not to invest. Going back to my earlier comment about the license....investors need to realize that BOX have no license from the FCA rather they are an agent of CFS ZIPP who do have a license. You also have to ask why they do not get their own license like Transfer Wise who also offer IBANS have..... Turning to the forecast sales revenue....I hope this is borne out. But history says rather a new business initiative will be announced in the RNS to redirect attention! But lets see.

And I guess this phantom investment will become capitalized in the company's balance sheet now and the receivable/debtor written off. Very amusing indeed. LOL
