If you then look at crunchbase https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/vividq it states its highly likely to get acquired and unlikely to IPO. So this is a prime example where the value is locked up and the company need a vehicle like CPAI to step in and unlock this value. But to do that an agreement is needed with the existing shareholders ($30 Million) and the founding shareholders.

Isnt Sure Valley Ventures also (SURE) connected to I think what was PIRI...is it MFAI now?

Lesh8 - yes you are right. But that still needs an investment in cash, or as i keep saying, more likely an issuance of shares in return.

Sharebel - He is not wrong. I thinks its a little more nuanced than how he explains it though. Listen to Rinjons interview....he said there are companies in, I think he used the term "Tough Tech" which are very undervalued and not understood. CAPAI will invest in these businesses for lets say 1, CAPAI will unlock this value and demonstrate to the market that it is now worth 10. We will still need to raise, more likely issue shares, for the 1. But now we have 10!!

Let's assume R42 will be reversed into CAPAI the fundamentals are the same. Shares will have to be issued to the existing investors in R42. We will be diluted and will have a small piece of a bigger pie. Whoever thinks Ronjon is going to in essence gift R42 to CAPAI is totally deluded. Let's now assume Ronjon brings an AI company along, it will already have investors and the same principal will apply - we will have to issue shares to the existing investors. Lets assume Ronjon brings a start up company to CAPAI, it will need money - why else would it come to CAPAI - which will mean a placing to raise cash to support the business. BUT, where the value will be made is in Ronjon bringing undervalued assets to CAPAI and unlocking that value for all......... it will still need a share issue or a raise.

I totally agree this guy has no credibility in my opinion - total share promotion. The last drill was a total disaster and "oh they made mistakes" If PG is the chosen one and experienced one how do you make such a mistakes and release such a poor RNS. The only slim possibility is that ONHYM are playing dirty - wouldn't be the first time in the O&G industry.

Very good comment SMKR......these decimal points at this level are always confusing. I am assuming 0.08 we need another 0.02 to reach that nominal value. Circa 25% increase.

Another theory is that issuing a prospectus is time consuming and costly and for a relatively small warrant exercise could hold back or delay a bigger transaction in the background. We know the company will have to issue shares for any transaction. Maybe this is the reason. Pretty much as the original poster commented "read between the lines". Lets just hope it not going to be a poor cash placing.

The warrant holder can exercise whenever they want - they can sit back and wait for news and then exercise. There is something else in play here around the prospectus issue and the fact the company issued for market stability... I think these shares were front sold and there was a potential squeeze coming if the company didnt issue the shares.........

Interesting shell company here - is the market cap really only £360K. Any RTO, Corporate activity will see the market cap rise quite significantly I would think. Seems the Directors have the ability to attract a new deal for this shell.

Wonder if they have this authority from the regulator......So they may now be issued but can they be exercised? I hope no one has front sold into the market?!?!?!???

The challenge with all early stage companies, or Venture Capital (VC) funded (R42) businesses is they need an "event" to unlock the capital they have created. Such an "event" is a trade sale (you sell to another company and you get paid), you do a Management Buy Out (get a loan from the bank to buy the shares), or you list on a Stock Exchange (Involves a lot of fees). Ron mentioned that he specialises in "tough tech" - tech businesses that have limited options vis-a-vis the "event" and therefore their valuation expectations are low. Along comes Ron and CAPAI and says okay Mr. VC we will give you £10 Million in CAPAI shares and CAPAI is your new shareholder - the market then sets the price of that acquisition. More likely I think we will see a number of companies that have synergies put together to make something bigger - take a look at S4 Capital (totally different field I know) but Sir Martin Sorrell took on a shell (Derriston Capital) back in 2018 I cannot remember the exact details but the shell was valued at around 2 Million and S4 now has a market cap of 390 Million. Yes there was dilution for Derriston and new monies raised. But this is an example of how a listed shell can be used to build something really big and unlock value.

Whilst the post is a bit of fun there is some interesting points - especially the Robotic Process company. If Ron can pull out what he describes as a"Tough tech" on a favourable valuation then we are at the races. And this is why Ron has joined at the end of the day. Why would someone owning R42 even be bothered to engage unless he was going to make some serious cash out of this.

Yes thats intriguing - you could have loaded up earlier in the afternoon at a much lower price. But they must be worked trades as I struggled to buy small lots during the day. Exciting stock to be in thats for sure!
