let's say that value is £750m? that put's thg in £2.8b range meaning ma would need to cough up what £2.3-2.5b?

frasers can't afford that without ******* off their shareholders by diluting it. so say a 10/15% equity raise + cash + private financing is the only way frasers could purchase thg.

thg will not get bought for the silly prices people are throwing about. the only possible way that happens is if mm purposely drives thg into the ground by throwing exceptionals at the p&l every year (then we're ffffffkd) so we'll see what happens this 2nd half

I've actually never voted either in the past few years holding this but this year I did - We don't hold enough to make a say but even at a 93% approval shows some protest

Our only real hope is for IIs to vote alongside us in protest but who knows what'll happen before then ATL about to be cracked again.

I understand THG management suffer with delusion (Perhaps we do too being invested) But why would you have so many CEO's?

So MM is now effectively our Chairman? As Group CEO his sole job is focusing on the city (Doomed)

IMO during that webinar it set the stage for what's playing out within THG management.

Lucy's position is confusing me.... As to me it looks like MM has picked her to run THG, I think that's our next CEO.

He did not look good at all during results day webinar.... MM actually looked heart attack bound through stress it's no wonder he's away on so many holidays, he will be stepping away very soon if SP doesn't improve. I think we see MM go sooner than people think...

I'm glad THG was demoted as it further highlights the failures of management of which they were so boastful about making FTSE250 a big objective further highlighting THG's management ability to fail in the worst possible way. Demotion after 1Q?

THG being THG. Trade it as such - It's the only way out of it unfortunately now.

Loaded up a CFD as I knew this pump and dump was coming simply due to the history of THG having been invested in it for years just like many here.

CFD loaded up, sold early to then buy back in at 25.05-25.2 and I'll wait for the next ride up.

It's the only way to bring my average down. Don't get caught out and lose money you can't afford to lose but reality of it is THG is trading EXACTLY how THG trades.

I feel like the play here was pretty obvious for shareholders.... This was always going to dump in the morning it's THG.

Wipe the order book in 1 order end of day. Sell it down in the morning pretty likely....

I haven't looked at the order book or charts BUT I would assume it's because of the rapid increase in volume within a short period.

Despite all of the noise on this board THG are in the best possible position they have been in P&L wise since IPO

Sit on your hands and wait it out. Nerves of steel will be rewarded heavily (Or we all get shafted when MM takes it private)

I'd spend £2-3M to try save face...... Call a few friends.
