I put money into APN when I mentioned here the FCF they're generating & the increased capacity APN have in their latest accounts.

Expanded operational capacity whilst generating significant return for shareholders made it a very compelling argument, why back just 1 horse in a forever growing market?

APN has now made me more money in the space of 3/4 months than THG has in 3-4 years? (EXL Ingenuity) - CAGR on the protein market is exploding and will continue to with that THG Nutrition will continue to post record breaking Q's (Purely through cost increases as commodity prices rise, remember whey was a biproduct of cheese and was seen as 'Waste')

Whey output doesn't increase until late '26 and even then the output will not match market demand, simple supply & demand economics in play - All THG has to do IS NOT LOSE CUSTOMERS & they'll post recording breaking Q's Q after Q. It's simply the market.

My 2 cents. Back both horses..... The market isn't going anywhere over the next 5-10 years.

It also means shareholders cannot legally seek compensation or challenge the demerger after the vote, it’s essentially the ‘house keeping’ they’re doing.

THG is losing £ on it's pricing. It's that simple.

Nothing to do with Ingenuity ffs - THG are choosing to discount their products in order to grow, it's either that or it'll be pumped into marketing anyway to get that growth...

What I don't agree on is MM jumping on and blaming inflated whey prices YoY... Victim mentality at it's finest. Poor me, Poor me, Poor me - Either increase your cost or diversify your portfolio

I picked up a load more today almost doubling my holding - had a buy at 33 withdrew it in the hope we'd tank some more and not see a blue day.

Oil prices > $100 does 2 things, puts money back into the Russian rainy day fund and also tanks Trumps polling. He'll want out ASAP given everyone is cutting oil production + direct impacts.

Iran can outlast the US, so he will declare victory soon enough.... IMO

I think THG will put out a strategic Q1 update given how the last one went down - this is a sprinkle of it..... We're going to see revised targets for '26. I believe my FCF of £30-35M will be more appropriate and THG will finish this year up 150% up from here min.

According to B1nky, I've been in THG from 200p too.

Unfortunately for them the internet is forever.... So I can actually see the trades B1nky has made under different accounts for the past however many years they've been online.

I only make bets in my favour - I know you don't have £15k to escrow given your trading sizes. Just like I know B1nky doesn't have the resources to materially short THG.

It's okay to be angry, I'm angry. THG is down in the dumps MAJORLY but that doesn't change the facts that THG will produce FCF (30/35M) this year - ahead of guidance.... It's in my SIPP for a reason ;)

Life lesson. Don't make enemies with someone that's bored and has significantly more resources than you.

P.S don't forget the Ingenuity pie I took....

Our profit is currently in retail.... being eaten up by growth of which, I believe clothing is subsidising further to accelerate growth (In stores)

Once established we'll start to see the prices increase - it is all in pricing, watch the pricing.

Further expansion into Canada through a wholesaler (APN approach) - we'll see margin drop through this year.... I think more than MM is letting on

A lot of wealth extraction - may not be in the form of dividends nor salary but THG was used.

I'm not short, no. I have multiple buys laddered at 33< & THG is my largest single share holding and I'm effectively looking at doubling it if we continue down and what has been posted is correct. THG if broken up and sold currently would be worth £2+ a share IMO.

Actually I think MM has extracted upwards of over £300M from THG....

Nothing is stopping this drop without an RNS that will materially change things... we may drop below the 30's again

THG will be loss making in H1 but will again post record revenue - Yen has dropped 10% in 1 year, so naturally THG has probably lost 5-6% as you best bet THG will not be passing through that cost to their customer as we've seen on their bottom line.

Have your money ready if you believe in the THG turnaround, if not swiftly exit.

I'd actually possibly looking at picking this up from administration and I'm sure MM is too.

Bolt on delivering additional revenue and you're a business targeting growth? - If he can buy everything for a discounted price, I would welcome it.

FY’25 - Net debt 170-185m I have it.

Funds have freed due to market movements, I’ll be looking at THG for another big buy tomorrow possibly.

Emotions run high on big movements - materially THG is still a BUY and I’ll be doing that.
