Particularly the last paragraph I think that's the way forward for THG;

"The global protein supplements market is projected to grow at a CAGR of around 8.0% to 8.72% from 2023 to 2032, indicating a consistent average annual expansion of the market. "

That is the lowest CAGR estimate I found - Protein market will grow by probably 15% CAGR (My estimate - So probably miles off as I think THG is worth £2B)

which is why my estimate for THG is so high there are very few companies out there packaged ready to go like THG.

How would we feel if THG stripped the US business and listed within the US markets?

I'm just running through feasible strategies to unlock THG's potential as that's why I'm here the potential THG has but YET to be unlocked...

We separate out the US businesses. Beauty (Perricone + Bentley) Nutrition (Throw in US sales + IP agreements into the US Market - Currently operating at cost to grow Nut within US but once we get there Margin will Improve dramatically)

THG UK retains 75-80% in THG US using the other 25-20% to raise funds - I can guarantee if done so THG US business would be worth $400 - 600M

Raises about $80M for IPO - Use $15-20M to offset the costs of listing.

THG US has $60M spare in the bank now to grow in the US + Unlocks serious value within THG + Increases brand visibility.

Risks - City destroys Matt again because we're diluting shares again.....

I want to see massive directors buys end of Oct as we should be out of a closed period now for them to purchase.

I don't like when our board members aren't buying yet freely collect shares as part of their annual remuneration

Nutrition margin will be uplifted by apparel....

Nutrition price increase WILL NOT be passed onto the customer as THG are targeting growth.

Whey prices aren't going in the right direction..... THG will miss guidance if continued - Pre warning.

Disposal is needed or Pray the VAT decision lands - Ridiculous.

THG need another disposal. It's clear as day.

Net debt/cash won't be achieved until 2029/30 - Worsening whey prices too are going to further erode margin.

THG need to sell another chunk, it's clear to anyone with half a brain.

There is NO WAY THG will trade outside of this range without it. It's still not attractive enough

I’m sat at about 9p profit a share currently and I can see the temptation of selling even after years of being in the red.

I have a target for THG and it’s still far off that, not a share will be sold.

OSG - no volume? Lol… you do realise they’ll buy up 2-5% of the company on inclusion to FTSE250? There’ll probably be a 40M share UT tonight/tomorrow

How was the CLN approved if THG were approached for a sale? If they knew £103M was incoming what was the need for Matt's shares? As they were approached last year no?

THG will deliver record breaking Q3 performance (Look at last years Q3 with an almost -10% decline in Nutrition)

So when THG deliver 13% nutrition growth YoY CCY don't be SURPRISED!
