I'm hoping there's some movement in the Ukraine war to give the markets some good news - I feel like THG needs more good news to stop further erosion.

Something is needed before Q4/FY results are released IMO....

Markets are very very nervous - Labour budget, AI, War > Macro is all over the place currently. THG is doing well considering we'd normally be back in the low 30's by now going off history.

VAT update or another disposal please :)

More than likely geo locked too - not a full range of SKUs, also looks like it'll be THG pushing it and not Mars.

AI is becoming more powerful/useful - Use it. Ask it questions but understand that too can get answers wrong based on the rubbish perimeters you more than likely WILL give it IF you have not already.

Just so happen to have a discussion 1-1 with a very senior member of Mars.

Conservation was normal until I asked about their protein range - potential MyProtein partnership they just looked a little taken back and told me there’s lots of exciting things coming up for Mars….

I didn’t think it would be Mars, I thought Nestle. They very very quickly moved the conversation on.

Better Ingenuity does > Lower THG costs are > Better THG does

I took up my allocation in Ingenuity.

MM will IPO (Hopefully in the US) it for a silly valuation and I'll be dumping immediately - I hold c. 50k

1 company brings the case (Or class action) that sets the grounds.... THG have then submitted the claim to HMRC off the back of this.

Judge rules in favour of Sunwarrior then THG will more than likely be in-line for a £50-60M VAT reclaim come time. It's bigger than £45M as it continues to grow until that judgement has been made..

Think of it like PPI or the most recent car finance scandal - The system simply couldn't handle 10 million individual cases being brought against finance companies, it was a select few who that then set precedent for.

I'll take weeks of 2-5% a day no problem......

I opted into Ingenuity - It was my hedge against/with MM.

Higher the MCAP the more funds have to hold :)

Hopefully with a FMCG partner it'll unlock additional cost savings - Do you think Mars or Nestle will pay the prices THG pay? I doubt it....

Looking like this week we find out who the partner is - Tomorrow or Thursday is my bet, unsure if it'll be an RNS. I'd like it to be an RNS if it's 1 of the BIG players!

$300M for Bentley Labs I’d say is the price as others have said THG incorporated it into the business increasing synergy.

Remove that and the business re-rates to true value.
