Well, the current market cap of the company (the number of shares in issue multiplied by the share price) is 66 million US$.

If Red Deer-1 was a strike, and Pmean size of 48MMBO then it has an NPV10 of 300 million US$ on its own.

So I think its easy to work out where the share price would be heading.

Just a reminder, if Red Deer-1 comes in with the Pmean 48 MMBO recoverable, that would have an NPV10 of 300 million US$.

Which would be transformational for a small company like MATD.

They will be into Red Deer-1 primary target this coming week, with logging then to be done results should be week during commencing 2nd Sept.

Very much so. That target price from Arden will also get an increase once Equinor take up their option.

When Equinor take their option, in September or October - it will be the stamp of approval the big institutions will be happy with and then you will see heavy buying of JOG and the price zooming upwards.

Unrisked NAV with 50% given to Equinor is over 1300p a share for JOG.

Current target price from Arden is just 550p, with risked NAV being 597p.

Arden have increased their Target Price for JOG to 550p a share from 450p a share following this extra license award.

They assumed that the newly awarded license will also see JOG give 50% to Equinor and so included just 50% of the new license into their NAV modelling.

Anyway, their new NAV are :

Risked NAV now 597p a share and unrisked NAV 1352p a share (these NAV values based on long term oil price of 65 US$ per barrel)

Unrisked 1352p a share after the 50% Equinor option take up (or as we stand now 2704p a share 100% owned)

1000p year end would only be a Market Cap of 200 million.

JOG have 123 MMBO proven oil. (and upside potential of over 500 MMBO more)

ECO have under 40 MMBO proven oil - and Market Cap over 200 million.

If JOG were 1000p, it would be nothing special. That its 200p now just shouts out how cheap it is.

IMO. Buy, hold, accumulate. Build you holding up. Dont sell, just keep tucking them away.

This will all unveil itself in time, those with the patience to hold will be very very handsomely rewarded imo. Minimal risk and massive upside........just need patience......... :)

I fully expect JOG to be over 1000p end of this year and would be surprised if not holding that level in Q1 2020.

Half a billion barrels of upside 100% owned - and 123.5 million barrels proven.

The market cap should be over 200 million now ............ loads of upside here.

Another 14 MMBO to JOG.

JOG now has 123.5 MMBO of proven recoverable oil.

(ECO has less than 40MMBO by the way....compare the market caps)

Mixed day....... a Friday before a Bank Holiday Monday always sees money leaving hot stocks, so will be sellers around.

However, on Tuesday there will be massive buying of MATD as the traders pile back in. A wise move might be to use Friday selling to buy, before all the buyers pile in Tuesday morning.

Released - to clarify that this well will be P&A as planned once completed and logged. All three wells will be P&A at the end of the drilling and logging.

Nice to get that clear from the start.

Re-looking at everything I would suggest that Red Deer-1 will drill into the Secondary target Thursday 22nd of August.

They will start going Primary targets on Monday 26th August and should be at TD around Thursday 29th August.

Then they have to do the logging run........so results from Red Deer-1 expected by me week commencing 2nd Sept.....maybe mid week to late week.

Heron-1 will be into a potential Secondary target on Sunday 25th August. Heron-1 should be into the Main Primary Target on Tuesday 3rd Sept with TD around 5th Sept. Then they have to do the logging run so results week commencing 9th September.

So.......now all the fun starts......2 drill bits now about to enter target zones (secondary upside ones) with the main primary target zones being penetrated next week for Red Deer-1 and the week after for Heron-1.

Why do you think it's called the pilot hole.... It will be used for horizontal production wells.... Thats the principle of a pilot hole.

The plan is :

Drill the pilot hole. This will be used in future to drill 2 or 3 horizontal production wells. This pilot hole is referred to as the "drill center".

Drill the Liberator West appraisal well. This will be logged and sampled and then plugged and abandoned. NOTE NOW - IT WILL BE P&A regardless.

The data from this appraisal well will allow the selection of the directions of the horizontal production wells to be drilled in 2020 from the pilot hole (drill center) being drilled now.

Drill Serenity appraisal, log and sample and then P&A.
