Is there a particular date or week in Sept when the legal authorities return after the summer recess? Would be good to know roughly if we are expecting the decision in 1st, 2nd, 3rd week etc?
Just looking at possible top-up and wondering how long I have left.
I imagine some very serious injuries - if you look at the size of the boat, people on the high side could have fallen many metres when it tipped. I would think there are many broken bones and internal injuries sadly.
Awful incident, hard to understand how this could have happened in what should have been a completely safe dry dock.
Bids from Bank of London and Oaknorth already in for SBV. Plus HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds considering.

But will still create ST chaos for POLX for cashflow, and no promises that SVB customers won't lose money LT - depends on the terms of the takeover deal.
Fingers crossed - govt looking to line up Barclays to take over SVB.

I know that’s the calculation- I’m just trying to steel myself for worse, if everyone is just going to sell immediately. Still much better than zero which is what I mentally valued this at for the last few months
What price is it likely to open at once it’s relisted?
I bought in on the morning of the big announcement and am holding fast. I’m hoping once details are formed up during Q1 that the gains will increase again. Not familiar with IM details but to me that’s a possible cherry on the cake. I’m ignoring the daily ups and downs.
Thanks to all those with the informed opinions, such as Stokey. I enjoy reading and absorbing the info on this company.
Hoping it will invigorate the local economy and employment prospects in NI too.
If price goes much lower, what do people think are the chances of ODX being bought out by a pharma with interest in diagnostics, or by a diagnostics firm who design the tests?
They have good scientific expertise, good production knowledge. But the sales and management side is the issue.
Genuinely interested in people’s thoughts?
Do not assume this is a 1 month supply. It could just as easily be a 3 month supply.
The RNS does not state or even imply a 1 month supply.
Landsdown capital sound like an expensive firm to be using to source sales / distribution deals.
£750k order minus cost of production and overheads, minus big fat fee for Lansdown = ZERO Profit?
This is a small market with a few hundred buyers. What ODX need is a proper Sales Director and decent sales team. They should have companies buying their hand off. And if they only landed this deal because of Lansdown, why?? The sales team should have nailed this deal with DAM months ago with no outside help from a firm like Lansdown.
Great self promotion by Bethell - butvhe is only talking about capacity. He is not saying production will increase to that number. Just that it has the capacity to do so. Nor is it saying that give will actually buy any of these.
I’d love it if govt did buy some from us, but so far zilch, and I’m still not selling any as I’m a LTH. I just don’t believe anything Bethell tweets unless it is actually saying it explicitly.
He is only talking about capacity and investment into the industry. There is nothing here that says we will be producing or selling anywhere near that amount.
