Totally agree TT. Why anyone is desperate enough to post in the middle of the night is beyond me, even more so if they're uninvested and don't believe in the company. It's actually quite sad to see such lonely people.

In my view in a farm-in the costs are born by the entity buying in. The farmor(?) puts in minimal cash as they are putting up the asset.

Worth highlighting the specifics of 'farm-in' form of partnering, Mullins. In my view, a 'farm-in' is sort of like a slow-motion asset sale, done over years sometimes, different from a 'straight' JV. Today's RNS referred to a potential 'farm-in partner'.

I guess it would depend on the terms of the deal, CW. Still, a farm-in with regular payments at pre-agreed milestones and timelines for an increasing share of the asset and income including a nice upfront payment, would do wonders for the sp. We basically drip-feed ownership of a chunk of Heron for minimal outlay on our part, aiming to retain a percentage on completion of the farm-in period, say 10% of all revenue. Then we divert the payments to developing the 'top-rated' Block VII, rinse and repeat. Maybe a cheeky divi on the way.

Furry, you need to stop embarrassing yourself. Trying to argue that an oil explorer's costs and expenditure on its search for oil, it's very raison d'être up to 25th October 2024, is even of the same order as a 'debt' isjust about the dumbest thing I've seen on a board. Of course there's a loss as its am oil explorer. You literally cannot find oil without spending money, and you can't make money until you find oil.

You can spin it whatever way you want but it's not 'debt'. There is no debt. We spent money on drilling hence we reduced our cash position. You trying to argue this is therefore 'debt' is, frankly, bizarre.

Tbh, I think it is just you. I would call your reading of the facts in the RNS 'idiosyncratic'. That's going generous.
