Lupi is right: even though I believe in the assets and their eventual payback to us, I firmly credit the BoD for their lack of vim and vigour, along with their misjudgment and misleading claims on progress, for this share’s abject performance - you can say however many times on various media outlets that the market misunderstands our company by undervaluing its assets, but the fact remains that millions is needed to get LC and Redmoor to commence production and revenues; not too dissimilar to requesting my bank to provide me a mortgage on an uninhabitable property because its post-renovation value will be double what it is now - quite simply, it will not lend until it has habitable rooms - a major financially derisking event - physical evidence that the property is closer to being more-easily saleable and to its market-value.

And Richie, pray tell exactly which BoD members have bought large chunks of shares on the open market - certainly not Alan Broome; or is that one of your glossed-over facts - yet again - to fit your rose-tinted view of this company’s exceptional performance? Clearly, your inability to balance the negative facts with your positive forward-looking sentiments prevents you from expressing acknowledgement of this company’s spiralling value as a result of the aforementioned factors; moreover, your laughable classification of peeps as trolls because they juxtapose two opposing thoughts leaves your sycophantic approach with little credibility - stick to being a Twitterati, which fits your ritzy narrative.

RichyP has been naively positive on SML for a few years - look at his self-styled gentleman Twitter posts - without expressing any balanced views, such as the share-price capitulation since this BoD’s been in charge, the fund-raisings, the Brendagate scandal, and so on; he conveys a special relationship with the BoD.

It seems not much was discussed - based on the little information posted on the whites-of-the eyes event.

As for Cornwall, its perceived value remains attainable - in about five years’ time.

At they AGM, did they intimate raising capital for LC?

That’s easy to answer: phone a few institutions on borrowing a bit of dosh - for the BoD’s next Delboy-esque idea; submit some paperwork for drilling Redmoor and permission for LC production - a few years’ worth of work, right there; conjure a few soundbites for trotting out in contrived interviews, which fail to highlight the continual delays and annihilated share-price over the years; calculate when the company will run out of money to pay their disproportionately high remuneration packages, readying their chums for a raising on the pretext of equipment-buying. A nice little number - if you can get it.
