We need shareholder activism to hold the BoD accountable for why their small areas of responsibilities require the need for three well-paid people - and whether they provide value proportionate to their exorbitant remuneration packages.

One could cynically approach the upturn in SML’s recent internet-media presence: only three months before this year’s AGM, where AB and JP will have to contend with the collective consternation of their shareholders - will be interesting viewing if they fail to release any sustainably value-enhancing good news between now and then.
