Er, why would the company now delist? And If you believe that to be so, why declare you have bought more shares when that action in itself is incongruous with your delisting comment?

Jim, Coudn’t agree more; frustratingly for us PIs, this BoD completely disregard us with its poor - and only market-regulations-prompted - news, making it difficult to gauge the market valuation of this company; they say they will release news that will help us - and potential investors - with it, but nothing of note ever materialises.

PC, As long as they are not from the Dave Reeves’ school of propagating misguided optimism to investors - then realising that the business itself fails to afford its own upkeep.

Hi English, Only the BoD can now provide the information the market - and us - for an attempt at valuing this limited-news company; yet again, they fail to update on the profit-and-sales forecasts - which, to me anyway, implies a level of apprehension on their part on the profitability.

Expect a paucity of figures from this BoD - their historical form evinces that they will provide as little info as possible, releasing it only to comply with market regulations; beware their approach: Dave Reeves, their friend, sold investors a pup with Calidus Resources, in Australia, which has recently gone into administration, losing unsecured creditors a vast amount of money.

PC, Would you still believe our BoD despite Dave Reeves’ misleading Calidus investors that we had struck gold - which turned out to be not very much - in Australia? Keras’s BoD may well be from the DR’s school of mendacity.

PC, I would be shocked to hear any news on a plan - and even more so on our revenue forecasts: in the previous few years, the BoD have excelled in the fly-by-the-seat-of-one’s-pants business model - perhaps another revenue stream that they could exploit now that they have become skilled practitioners in that art.

PC, With the one Down Under potentially going under, would you think that it may well survive as a result of the latest quarterly evidencing positivity?

Folks, What’s your inference on the latest quarterly report, especially with converting the hedge into debt - could that be the financial lifeline that saves the company? Or have I completely misunderstood it, in that Calidus will be sold for a pittance, leaving us all to nurse the losses?
