Forgive my uncustomary curmudgeonly perspective on Cobre, but it might be worthwhile accounting for it to be problematic for the forseeable future - no guarantee exists that even the contractually-agreed minimum tonnage will be fulfilled from June onwards: bureaucracy prevails on issuing the necessary paperwork for the customer to continue its orders of magnetite - and, from experience with other companies' seeking certificates and approvals for complying with various regulations, it can take an inordinate amount of time - even in the developed countries. However, I hope I am proved wrong.
