Yes, both milestones can simultaneously occur; however, I am just wondering whether Russell would prefer one to happen before the other; and, yes, I could e-mail him to try to clarify his preference - but I strongly suspect that said information may be market-sensitive, thereby preventing him from answering.

Err, because everyone has different investment objectives - not to mention unexpected payments and other financial obligations - all part of life.

Russell Lamming declares, in the latest RNS, that production will have commenced before the end of this quarter - but that the AGM for approving share-consolidation will be in March; now, if the latter happens before the former, then that would leave only a couple of weeks - at the most - for production to commence, albeit within the publicly stated timeline; any thoughts on that from this board’s amenable residents?

Interesting, indeed: to become a producer during this quarter, you would imagine that Keras would want to commence operations as soon as possible, especially to start generating revenue; now, would anyone know when operations would have to be paused to account for the rainy season (I know it’s been discussed many times, but I’m none the wiser on it)?

WM was in for the ascent as much as anyone else while Twis and co. ramped it, the latter of whom subsequently disappeared when the share-price reached its 3p-plus nirvana - with the former urging this board’s posters to bank the profits before its descent.

Tarry, Indeed, context is key for Keras - the price readjusted downwards to accommodate for the share distribution from Calidus; it will indubitably multi-bag hereonin; are you in it, too?

As for this one, it’s a slog, but should be worth the eventual multi-bagging scenario.

Rest assured that the BoD is ensuring that whatever deal they broker will underpin both a rising and share-price and a long-term - and significant - profitability that will convey an unperturbed confidence to the market, to stop this ludicrous decline - once and for all.

Mutley, Yep - In one of the recent interviews, one of the BoD said it would be submitted towards the end of Jan - partly why I expect no LC-related news until Feb, at the earliest. And. I would rather it take as long as needed to attain the best possible deal that will forge a long-term benefit than one that merely temporarily increases the share-price.
