Payments for Redmoor27 Nov 2019 10:32
The following expresses my understanding of those obligations to fully own Redmoor, by the middle of next year (excluding the royalties):
Total Cash Payment to NAE - $3m AUD
Currently Paid - $600,000, leaving a balance of $2,400,000
Two Upcoming Quarterly Payments - $600,000, leaving a final balance of $1,800,000
Now, the HMRC tax-rebate covers the next quarter's payment, as well as half of the following one - meaning that we will have to find $1,950,000 from elsewhere.
But, say, Cobre knocks out $300,000 profit every quarter between September 2019 and June 2020, allowing us to pay $900,000 towards Redmoor, then that would leave $1,050,000 to pay - perhaps coming from the arbitration with the rogue Cobre client.
Please, correct me if my calcs are wayward.
