Yes, Jim, I am struggling to ponder - not that I'm a mining expert - on what other protocols, procedures, processes, guarantees, governmental-ownership incentives, company reorganisations that the Togolese authorities could possibly require before signing our go-ahead: one of the most-recent RNSes declared that our BoD knows of no other outstanding requirements that hamper the approval for exploitation; unfortunately - and with good historical reasons - I am fearful that another stumbling-block will be cemented in our well-trodden path towards production.
