Solely for comparing how much personal wealth another BoD have invested in their company, look at Keras - it’s not about promoting it, but about understanding what heavily and personally invested in a company looks like - SML’s, on the other hand, have invested almost entirely risk-free to themselves.

Lupi, I agree; it’s quite simply to deceive PIs into believing that they have heavily invested - and therefore supposedly gambled a reasonable sum of their own money in SML; as you imply, the only money they have invested is a small sum from their SML remuneration packages - nowhere near as personally heavily into SML as the BoD would have you believe.

The risk of dilution hangs like a spectre over this share - unless, and until, the BoD can find partners who can part-fund either LC or Red, or both: for example, if one is found for LC, then the overall dilutive risk for SML considerably decreases, perhaps benefitting SML with more-favourable terms for advancing big Red with another partner.
