Just wondering if they will reject the first offer, normal Chinese low ball offer tactics, and then he sold into a small rise, seems a bit penny pinching if you ask me. He should have known the sensitivity of the share price to his actions.
As a former director IMO I find these actions are a little petty. Unless they have a vested interest in a low ball offer been a success i.e. they are invested in the buyer or will recieve a benefit from it.
