The board can recommend not accepting an offer but it is down to the share holders in the end, enough get cheesed off and its going to be sold !

For me my price is around £6 to £7.

Better a 50% dividend and 50% buyback. It would catch a lot of shorters out.

Bet if they made a re offer for kenmare we would take it...Is it 9 months before they can ?

The company has been giving off a bad odour for a while now, no trust no confidence...

I have got bad vibes about Goldplat with the management not aligned with shareholder values...

Barnetpeter, This bothers me as well, and no buying by the directors and no dividends. ..it does not smell right.

Probably pushed by a meat tax possibility, you know wink wink to combat climate change....I think it's a bad move IMO.

You get cash straight away and an equivalent of a dividend or sell the royalty to another company.

Why not take the asking price and then a 1.5% royalty on material mined !

With this stock I always get a feeling it's been held back for a purpose. By the looks of it there have been no director buys for years...it does not scream confidence in a stock at all. I am thinking of selling up for a small profit and going elsewhere to be honest.

Need to ask about a dividend if we are doing well at the AGM.

I would tend to agree, seems a bit underhanded what's going on. Wonder if some ex directors will come back in once we are sold.
