'Rather be honest in a sea of people that are not'
True words to live by, I am still suspicious about the insider to say the least but time will tell.
I am not sure it's 1 or 3 % but I think off hand it's 3 %.
Fish, with the nervous insider...slow from now on.
They should think of a divy as this has got to be one of the most boring shares ever.

ThePulican777,
The 6 month rule is not set in stone, there can be another offer but there must be a significant change.
Stacegibbs, when fees are due the provider can sell these to pay the fees, that and butter fingers at play !
Buying and selling creates volume and liquidity, when the price rises with that volume, that is when to buy.
Very Nice !!!
Had Leslie not sold the amount he did I believe we would be in a stronger negotiating position.
Now we sell or don't either way it will have a huge impact on the share price.

How much gold did Brown sell?
Between 1999 and 2002 the Treasury sold 401 tonnes of gold - out of its 715-tonne holding
----- at an average price of $275 an ounce------------- generating about $3.5bn during the period. Mr Ash says the average price since the sales ended has been almost $1,000. A total noob !
Binary bet now !
Soon as it goes up...they sell...why bother buying.

They are not cash shy !
Although there is a buyer - seller the net is 'selling' because the price is falling, someone wishes to sell a share to a buyer at a lower price than they think its 'worth'. Though it does look like some are moving shares in other accounts I reckon SIPPS, selling and then buying in that account. Just have to wait for the final offer, that been the bigger company indicating that Shanta to me are asking a higher price which will be good for us.
I reckon the offer is from 20p to 35p
