Canaccord analyst Reg Spencer called the stock moves an overreaction and an opportunity in a Thursday note. “While price floors have proven helpful for investor sentiment, multi-lateral government backing for ex-China critical minerals supply remains in place,” he wrote. “We believe that the U.S. Government remains committed to the development of ex-China critical mineral supply chains.”

Assuming RC drilling at Harvest Minerals Arapuá project started in July 2025 and wrapped up in August, the lab most likely received the 700 metre samples in September. It’s now been 5 months with zero disclosure — assay results must be due any day now. The strategic review (announced 17 March 2025) is also still pending with no update.

Even so, the segment in Brazil has attracted growing participation from private companies interested in developing Brazil’s potential, amid increasing interest from countries such as the United States and several members of the European Union, which are seeking to reduce their dependence on China.

This interest has focused on projects in the state of Minas Gerais, which combines great geological potential and significant reserves.

Brian McMaster is nowhere to be seen or heard from as chairman of Harvest Minerals. Commodity prices are rising, and McMaster can't even put out 700-metre RC drill results to inform investors. It will be interesting to see if Jangada gets its diamond drill results out before Harvest Minerals. Rare earth minerals are in the news, with Brazil as a focus—Europe and America are looking at new supply lines, pivoting away from China.

New year 2026, same old story from McMaster. It will probably take McMaster a few months to release an RNS detailing how much the company sold and invoiced in 2025. It took McMaster nearly three months to issue an RNS with the sales and invoice figures for 2024.

Look at Verde—they've already released some results relating to their drilling, clearly moving faster than Harvest Minerals. McMaster's main man in Brazil has his own little side gig, so I'm not too sure who's actually running the company.

I wonder if McMaster has even been to Brazil in the last few years to check on the mine. He's an elusive figure. Could someone ask him—if they know how to contact him? I know he has other companies to run, so maybe he just forgets about Harvest Minerals shareholders.

Results from harvest minerals 700 metre rare earth samples through its drilling program in Brazil is overdue, a key step toward defining a valuable REE resource—especially with previous samples showing high TiO2 grades up to 15%. With China’s recent ban on exporting 12 rare earth elements amid the escalating US-China trade war, it would be good to see what Harvest uncovers in this early-stage project.

Mcmaster has just copied and pasted from september 2024 interim results segment regarding REE. No mention of the 700metre drill samples.

"The first stage involves reviewing historical data and samples from previous drill holes, along with conducting new auger drill holes to clarify and confirm resources. The second stage will expand drilling efforts, conduct a detailed analysis of the optimal beneficiation process, and evaluate both the resource volume and concentration within the deposit."

Anyone know if we are still on phase 1 or phase 2

Some parts of the RNS appear to be copy-pasted. The strategic review initiated on March 17 has not resulted in much, as per the statement in today's RNS: "Other than the above matters, post period end, there have been no known significant events after the end of the period that require disclosure in this report."

Just put the fertilizer division into care and maintenance and sell it—it makes no sense to continue hemorrhaging funds. Instead, focus on the rare earth potential. Where is the 700-meter sample? Look at what Jangada Mines has achieved since McMaster stepped aside, and someone with the skill and experience took over, leading to an increase in the company's share price and improved sentiment. McMaster should step aside at Harvest Minerals. Look up the Carminho Verde Brazil initiative—the Brazilian government is looking to improve 40 million hectares of low-yield farmland. The program's main goal is to restore up to 40 million hectares of low-productivity pastureland, transforming it into high-yield arable land. Other initiatives, such as promising results relating to carbon capture by using rock dust, align well with this.

The AGM is set for August 14, 2025, and I’m hoping the board drops an update before then on the 700-meter RC drill results. It’ll be interesting to see what they’ve uncovered— if the results are good should see the share price reacting positively. Also hope they release June and July fertilizer sales and invoiced figures to give us a clearer picture. the macro enviroment has improved intresting to see what happens when/if russia is it with additional sanctions.

McMaster was probably laughing to himself when he wrote "maximizing shareholder returns." The goal appears to be mass dilution, then crashing the company into the ground and picking it up from administration for peanuts—much cheaper than buying out shareholders.
