EV sales are totally saturated and platueaing at about 20%. By now they were meant to be 33% of all sales, so what's going wrong?

Well 46% of UK households don't have a driveway so can't charge at home. The vast majority of car buyers can't afford EVs anyway so the market is being falsely held at 20% by subsidised/tax incentive fleet and salary sacrifice.
