Agree with you Rodney but there are rumours despite "black holes" aplenty that in the budget they're going spaff even more of our money on EV grants and charging points, it's beyond a joke. I would go back to coal and gas for core demand and bring back construction and jobs, we'd all be better off.

In my view we are sat on Gold play here and big things are going to happen in the gold sphere soon. Copper is also going to be in huge demand for modernisation, though not for Net Zero. That is a busted flush - even Germany who led us into this madness has fired up its old coal power stations.

Consolidation in the 19s is pretty much complete, the next substantive RNS will catapult us well into the twenties and ready to tackle the next significant resistance circa 32p depending on how you interpret your TA.

No problem, I had no intention to ruffle feathers I am simply a bit too direct at times. I accept now that nobody wanted to discuss any potential reasons why we might not achieve perfect pro-rata valuation here. I'm here for a punt and understand it's high risk for high reward (or wipeout!) hence I've only invested a sum which to me is chicken feed.

That aside, it is clear PEEL are dumping so worth examining their behaviour and what they report. I'm not aware of any thresholds of daily volume that a market maker is restricted to stay within, so in my view I think they may have dumped a fair few more on the 103m day (yesterday).

If pressed, I would speculate that they probably hold around 3% or so now.

Are PEEL out?

If you examine their TR-1s then I make the following observations

1. 19th Nov they moved from 14.49% to 13.73%, a drop of 0.76% achieved amidst volume of 34m leaving them with 60.7m shares

2. 20th Nov the moved from 13.73% to "beneath 10%, a drop in the range 0.74-13.73% amidst volume of 103m shares

17th - 19th Nov saw increased normal volume a total of 112m and in that they reduced from 18.41 to 14.49% - in fact they told us they did this on or by the 17th and there was no volume before. So on the 17th of the 53.42m volume using the TR-1 we know they shifted 32.1% of the daily volume

Let's apply that ratio to the 20th when they said they went under 10%. if they moved 32.1% of the 103.2m shares then they dumped 33,118,724 shares or 7.49% of the shares in issue.

On that ratio then they'd have moved from 13.73% to 6.24% yesterday and with similar volume to the 19th we can speculate they are another 0.75% down so somewhere around 5.5%

So are there a few more still to shift or did they move that 5.5% within the 102m share day? That's the judgement call

I would say they are close to out if not out.
