Hey STN - thanks, I would be interested to hear any feedback. As I understand it the FCA decrees that Market Makers are required to disclose holdings of 10% or more and other holders it's 3% and in both cases every 1% thereafter.

Peel Hunt are long established and unlikely to make such a basic error in my view. I await the feedback and thank you for pushing it with the company.

It wasn't me that posted it, but I didn't challenge it at the time because it is true. There is no difference between LSE and Acquis in this regard, Market Makers do not have to declare below 10%

If you look at the various TR1's you will see each declaration of a change in position above 10% results in the admission of the resulting position following the change. But once below 10% it does not declare.

Whoever you spoke to that says they're going to "address it" is just a front line woke spastic on a help desk. They have this tendency to try and please people much like Indians do because they have no backbone to either know or articulate the truth.

But the truth is that market makers do not need to declare their position under 10% and that's what Peel Hunt did.

Addicknt is right, we've got nuclear on the Chinese here with the public outing of their derisory offer.
