If i remember rightly riddler, you have been in contact with agu yourself. I know that you quote others on both here and iii that you say have given you reassuring information, do you cast doubt on some of those contacts being genuine? I have had emails from agu in the past, mainly from when rob andrews was on board, but I haven't had much contact since (I have emailed both agu and cyrus at times) and I dont think there is anyway nick hall would be emailing someone on here morning and night as westie posted. I admit to buying in again today, but I have been in these for a long time and still have some that I purchased at around 20p a couple of years ago. Those fortunately have pretty much been nullified by purchases at 1p! Incidentally, I believe both you and fireheart to be genuine of the email brigade!

Riddler, the problem I have is that if some of these supposed emails are false and intended for ramping purposes, then they cast a shadow over the whole of this board. Nothing that is written on here should be taken as gospel and used to influence ones investment decisions. There are certain posters on here (we don't need to name names), who put forward sensible points and sound advice and information. I have sent and received emails from various companies and have been happy to divulge information if appropriate. But, anyone deliberately posting inaccurate or false information, to my mind is the lowest of the low.

Just noticed that there seems to be alot of emails floating around supposedly from the horses mouth. I wonder, bearing in mind that these are busy times for the agu board how they have time to compose all of them. Westie had two emails, one addressing him as John, and the next day as Jason? one sent to him before 830am and the other sent at 11pm at night from Nick Hall? If they are genuine I would be a little concerned that mr Hall is keeping such hours at this time, and also wonder if he has lost the plot by getting your name muddled up? I hope there is a reasonable explanation for this bearing in mind you have only been on lse for 3 days!

i think the mm's are just trying to squeeze as many people out of here as possible. The constant sea of red everyday (which is not sells) is bound to frighten more holders out especially if they are holding some gains and people see so many other get rich quick shares out there that they have put agu to bed for now. Obviously having just topped up again, i am still confident and my philosophy with agu (be it right or wrong) is that the money has been washed down the plug hole, or my preferred option, they will make my a fortune. Keep the faith! (as rob andrews once told me in an email!)

I have just topped up my agu with a 90000 buy at 3p at 12.04. Please does anyone know why it shows as a sell on here with a trade price of 2.78. This trade has answered my previous questions about why there has been so many sells as this is definitely not the case. I am well and truely confused!

excuse my ignorance, but when you get level 2 details, does it tell you the quantities of shares available at the various prices?

i was also concerned that they may have delisted from aim. a friend of mine was in a company that did just that and it cost him quite dearly. i suppose its just a case of getting as much positive news as possible out there and getting them on the radar. the placing has had a positive effect so they are very interesting.

i wonder how long after the solicitors have completed their business work will be able to recommence on the project? time is at a premium in greenland due to the weather factors and this show must get on the road asap in order to be ready when the zinc demand is sufficient. start of 2011 in my opinion. hopefully the site will have some up to date photos to display instead of the ones from 2005 when its underway.

are these one of your core holdings yet fireheart or are you still analysing them? i haven't come aboard yet (should have done a couple of days ago). What sort of long term potential do you think they have? another poseidon would be nice!

I do agree. These are such a volatile share for short term holders. I am in from a low base on these, but feel confident that holding them for the next 18 months will reap very large returns. Just not a good idea watching them too closely if you are of a nervous disposition! When you look at how they have risen in such a short space of time, some profit taking was always going to be inevitable. It will also be nice when the cbm position is finalised. good luck

In Finance, SEDA stands for a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. This is an agreement whereby a small publicly-traded company arranges to raise additional capital by selling new stock without making a formal Secondary Market Offering to the market. Under a SEDA, a financial entity agrees to privately purchase a defined maximum of shares to be offered in specified lots (tranches) over a specified period. The purchaser gets the stock at a discount to the current market price (often 5 percent) and the SEDA usually specifies a maximum stock price which the company agrees to pay. If the company finds that it never needs more funds, it can elect not to sell any shares at all, or to sell only a part of the maximum. The timing of sales is under the control of the company, so it can sell when it believes its share price is high.

Isn't that pretty much the same news that was released last week and caused these to practically double? I am a long term holder in these and have come to live with the wild price fluctuations these provide. It's a little disappointing nonetheless. what is your take on the cbm side of things regarding the may 31st loan position?

i am more confused about the fact that people keep saying that the buys are showing as sells. i dont understand how todays sells can be buys when the trade price has been pretty much the same as the bid price? either i am missing something or we are having the wool pulled over our eyes for ramping purposes? also if this rns does take much longer to come out, then at least all the short term traders will have disappeared and this board can be left to the real judges on here

looks like that short position you talked about is making someone a lot of money. they are down sharply on the tsx at the moment. profit taking or something to be concerned about?

just out of interest, did you just stick a pin in the financial times share page and buy these as that was where the pin stuck? i only ask because you say you have been in agu for ages but do not know what "news" everyone is waiting for. I posted yesterday saying this market is providing the greatest opportunity for a long time for people to make untold wealth. I also said this market will pick some people up by the collar and throw them out onto the pavement. I rest my case Or maybe your just kidding!

I believe it closed in 1990. when angus and ross acquired it in 2007 analysts put a value on the black angel asset of between 16-32p a share. Be interesting what value they come up with next time

Bearing in mind that we are all blinkered by this wait for the rns. Just how good do people believe the black angel mine is? and is it worth all the hype that we have built up? I ask this as it has to be remembered that the previous owner gave it up as not being worthwhile to keep running. I know demand at the time was different and global warming has changed things a bit, but it does still have many complications to it. I desperately want this to succeed but would like others thoughts please!
