I don't understand why you chaps are worrying about other peoples investments. The deals off as many predicted, end of story. Don't worry about it. As we keep being told, tc has got loads of other options, concentrate on those instead.

At the end of the day this offer WILL NOT be going through at the current ridiculous price and the sooner the current "directors" get horse whipped the better. An absolute disgrace. This is a thoroughly bad deal for lochard shareholders and should be thrown out. 40% of engineered acceptances does not constitute a takeover and must be voted against. The current temporary board of directors who are supposed to look after the interests of lochard shareholders should also be relieved of their duties at the earliest opportunity. I am currently researching pmg to ascertain the chances of getting a fair return. As things stand at the moment, myself and a couple of close friends hold in the region of a combined 1m lochard shares and do not intend to accept the deal. Any news on how the previous regime (who have been buying recently) will play their hand now? I am a little surprised that Ithaca haven't matched the pmg bid as it contains no good will. ADVICE TO SHAREHOLDERS: MAKE SURE YOU NOTIFY YOUR BROKER THAT YOU WANT TO VOTE.
