Acker, you knew of all the ongoing trouble and yet you still bought in a few weeks ago, why? You have probably sold now at a 30-40% loss. Save your money mate, this looks more and more like a sinking ship. And without the longstop extension, there is ZERO hope. And even if that happens and Canmax gives us a 6 month lifeline, I see no reason to believe the plant can be optimised and produce at nameplate. It's been an absolute $hitshow, the lies have stacked up so high that most investors have stopped buying, just look at the decimated volumes.

And where is this bl00dy auditor report? Where are all these "interested parties"? What is the project plan that takes us forward? Where are the funds coming from seeing how GH now struggles even to do a placing? Fu*k a stockbox interview, he just gets asked soft questions without any probing and gets away with it.

I am down 95%, what's left could buy me a couple bottles of italian wine, which at this point would probably be much more enjoyable than watching this project be mismanaged and driven to oblivion.

If no longstop extension then anything else is futile, we need confirmation of this asap otherwise what's the point of even doing anything to the plant. I also hope the full auditor report is released for our perusal.

I still want to see the full report and an extension to the longstop before I get mildly excited.

Acker, sounds good, but first let's ensure PREM survives the winter. We need news alright, news that the vote will pass, news that the independent auditors did not report on a disaster, news that funds from.the dilution will be thrown entirely on getting the plant to produce something better than SC4 and news that the longstop has been extended at least by 3 months.

When the first GM announcement was made on the 15th Oct the sp was 0.18

When the Zulu update was provided on the 30th Oct the sp was p0.14

By the time we get to the actual GM and updates of next week we'll be sitting at p0.07

And he was encouraging people to buy when the price was double of what it is now, saying "get in now or you'll have to pay much more later" 🤡

On one side this is bad as Canmax is clearly still not sold on the vision GH is selling.

On the other I am glad that Canmax (and hopefully investors) get to see the independent report from the auditors and hopefully sign off on the plan GH has in mind.

We need the long stop date to be extended and Canmax to vote YES if us lths wish to see any possibility of avoiding bankruptcy by the 31st Dec.

Bally, because he thibk everyone will vite YES to more dilution without knowing the plan forward, out of desperation. Or, he knows the report will depress the price even further so best to get the dilution at a higher price. Maybe a combination of both.

Hill needs to get this independent report out so investors, Canmax and others can really get a grip with the situation at Zulu. If positive, or at least manageable, the results may entice all parties to show support. If negative then postpone the meeting again and spend the remaining 8 weeks trying to convince Canmax that issues can be resolved and to extend the 31st December deadline.

Up to now it seems like not many interested parties are willing to show the required support. Most investors are doing so mainly out of desperation and fear while, like me, they sit on 90% losses.

If GH were smart, he would have released the independent report, together with an appendix from PREM to discuss: operational way forward to address the faults found on the report, and then costs associated to rectify them. Lastly a general timeline of said works. This is how us project managers operate. Noone asks for money without a full scope of works, and no project sponsor (or investors) would ever want to sign off on further funds without understanding how the money will be spent and where. (Project management triangle: time, costs and quality)

PREM has betrayed investors for the last 2 years by asking for more and more money while delivering nothing. All we wish to see is the plant working. And if anyone will be doing the betraying here this will be Canmax, and frankly, they would be fully entitled to do so.

Show us this report, show us your plan to resolve the matters, then everyone else will either buy into the plan or not. Not the other way around.

The General Meeting will be reconvened on 7 November 2025 at 15:30 (GMT) at the same venue, the Croft, 87 Main Road, Blue Hills, 1685, South Africa.

The adjournment is intended to facilitate further commercial discussions between the Company and its principal shareholder in relation to the resolutions prior to the reconvened meeting.

The above is the only explanation for postponment given. No need to read between the lines, it's stated in the RNS.

I unfortunately agree with Ray, also to me sounds like Canmax is no longer in support and need some convincing. Otherwise why postpone?

Acker, with all due respect, I would steer away from trying to provide readers with financial advice, don't think you're qualified.

Bally, the risk of the rug pull is definitely there. What would be your proposed way forward?

Jag, same question to you. If you were in our shoes, what would you tell GH on how to move forward?

Acker, if no white knight comes along and no long stop date is provided soon, the only way forward to ke would be another round of dilution right after this one, to throw ALL the new funds into getting more resources to fix the plant once and for all. Forget paying back anybody, just throw the kitchen sink at the plant until Dec 30th. Do plenty of runs and tests and report back to Canmax with a proper proposal. Hopefully PREM either start to produce a tonne or two or at least convinces Canmax to extend tue long stop date. Maybe, if the rins and tests are decent, a white knight might show up, enticed by the hard work and positive findings. But all this needs to be done over the next 8-9 weeks!

But there are only 2 bullish stories he could release that would have a big impact:

1) Canmax has extended to the longstop date

2) Glencore, or another party, have provided PREM with at least $10 million

He can't say anything about grades as those went backwards and can't say anything about the plant working because everyone knows it isn't.

Both options seem unlikely to me. What other bullish note could there be? Don't say RHA, Li3 or tantalum please.

Acker haven't heard you be this bullish since 2022-23. I'll be at your level when the plant actually produces anything above 5.5% with a steady and stable output. But Canmax needs to extend the longstop date first, otherwise it's all meaningless.

GH did say they had used ore from the pit close to the plant and that this ore was not the best of quality (throwing GR under the bus) and that they did some blasts that uncovered better quality ore and that this better quality ore will be on the pad this Monday.

Is that James Goozee chap still invested? I am sure his shares, plus Canmax, plus GR, plus whatever SK holds or trades nowadays will be sufficient to make the vote pass

Agreed it's a foregone conclusion, hence me not voting this time around, pointless.
