Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.

A beaut! Now off to installation and commissioning. Let's go!
Swazers, with all due respect, and i appreciate your charting, but your predictions are also our predictions. Of course the price is rising and this is due to news and operational development. It has nothing to do with technical analysis. This is a bar coding AIM sub penny stock, it will always be sentiment and news that drive the price.
Mark at Stockbox just said he is hoping to catch GR at the Indaba next week for an interview
Good stuff, mainly positive news lately. Hopefully no hiccups at the border. Let's get that financing resolved so we can just focus on plant functionality and production! And bring the new resource statement in February 👏
Agreed Acker, this is another small piece of positive news for now. Canmax is showing support and deferring for now. It's up to PREM and Stark to pull their socks up now! Hoping for a strong end of Feb and March.
Yup, agreed. Next week or max the week after that but this news is around the corner. Hopefully we don't have to foot the bill ourselves again.
Do you think the NRS will boost share price?
He/she has a point though, results from a small pit are somewhat useless to us. And why do we have independent lab results from some unknown pit but PREM can release only internal lab results from the Zulu pit? Why can't SGS tell us what we have at Zulu? I assume that is what the new resource statement will be highlighting.
Good post Acker, but that ball mill and those sorters better work this time! I still see some smoke and mirrors and potential delays, but overall this was a bullish update. Really glad to hear of a new resource statement for Zulu in a few weeks, finally. We should also hear more about the Mutare project soon. Hoping for half a pence end of Feb/March.
Thanks for posting. What are those hundreds of white bags/sacks in the background? Is that spodumene?
So sad to see the teens again.
If you were upclose to this project and saw how poorly it is being managed and, as a contractor, you were getting paid in shares, you'd also dump them asap in order to pay your people, you are not going to risk waiting and see the shares depreciate further and then have no cash to pay your staff.
I don't believe a word GR says, and couldn't care less for cherry picked results from the onsite lab. The market clearly also doesn't care or isn't impressed. All I pray for is a hype pump before the end of the financial year so I can at least get some of my money back 🙏
Acker, jokes aside, in the grand scheme of things, I also believe this will come good. That EPO is rich and Zimb is trying to fast track themselves to be a major player in the lithium production. I'm just frustrated as everyone else and don't think next deadlines will be hit. Also, not sure GR is the right person to develop this project. Very happy with him exploring the rest of EPO and Li3 and sniff out other opportunities, he's good at that. But would much prefer him to pass the management of the Zulu project to someone with more expertise. Let's see how Canmax decides to play this out as well, should be an interesting Q1.
Is that not what you said in 2021? 2022 and 2023? 😜
Steward1, the same sorters that cost delays and money may now become redundant. GR almost crumbled when Mark asked him "So no need for the sorters then?" Will Canmax support PEM or watch it collapse? And still noone asks or discusses the EPO licence expiring in March 2024. It may be easy to renew but why isn't anyone confirming this? Seems like a big risk/dependency to me and a point that would ease the market a little.
Billy, we can only live in hope, no point selling with a p0.33 average 🤞
Trash interview. Did i understand correctly that the sorters may become redundant? I honestly don't believe a word he says anymore, in the mean time the price is back to when i first bought in back in March 2021. God damn the day i didn't sell at 1p......
It will reverse but not anytime soon. Lithium carbonate down 81% on the year, spodumene down 86% on the year, demand for EVs is dropping. We may have to wait a few more months before things stabilise. I wonder how this will impact PREM, the negotiations with Canmax and the sale tactics.
We need clarity on Canmax's desired way forward and on the EPO licence extension, everyone seems to be fairly quiet about these topics. Hopefully there is a Stockbox interview before Xmas.....
Probably Goddard selling their part. I wrote to the LSE, their reply in the link below

Steward1, on the topic of the EPO, I asked Wilna if she could ask GR about the EPO licence deadline this March 2024, what it takes to get this extended and if this presents a challenge/risk or not. Only reply I got back was "GR says we are working towards a long term tenure." This doesn't really clarify anything or provide any comfort.
Biz thanks for the video, must admit that i completely missed the NOMAD text at the bottom. Another not so comforting piece of news.
I am definitely not adding more but also not selling any, just need to wait this out for now.
Good post sir, i agree.
"Canmax to confirm no loan repayments or share settlement and details of a financial support agreement." This point is the more pressing to me in the short term.
To yourknowledge, has PREM ever paid Goddard in shares in the past? I know GR used Circum money in 2016 to pay them but wonder if they have been paid in shares befote and if they sold immediately in the past.
Acker, I agree, nothing new here we did not already know. Pretty useless RNS really. I remain hopeful like the others but only time will tell. In the mean time i have not received a reply around licence and EPO, will have to chase again.
