Acker, not sure that is correct at all. The new agreement transforms Canmax from a buyer to a "mortgage holder", if PREM defaults or fails to pay back by long stop date Canmax has options:

- Canmax holds a "security package" that includes a legal charge over the shares of the subsidiary that owns the Zulu mine. If PREM breaches the agreement, Canmax can legally seize those shares, giving them direct ownership of the mine.

- A "last resort" clause in the agreement allows Canmax to convert the outstanding debt into a direct interest in the Zulu project.

- PREM is currently prohibited from placing any other "mortgages" on the project's mineral rights without Canmax's written approval. This ensures Canmax is first in line if the company is liquidated.

Of course Canmax could see a buyer step in and take over if they wosh to sell and move on (reputable buyer), but, if PREM does not respect the deadlines, the only "rights" Canmax would lose are the rights to the original offtake pricing if the project were sold to someone else.

As a PM, I work off the project management magic triangle: scope, costs and time.

Scope is well known, we need to resolve the plant issues and get to production. Same scope as the last 6 years.

Costs is also the same issue as always, PREM needs funding to deal with the gigantic debt. Will some new investor/buyer come along and support? Hopefully, but until there is proof of that PREM can only rely on dilution. Until proven differently. Once enough liquidity is raised then the items in scope can be tackled.

Time: deadline imposed on the project, by the key stakeholder (Canmax) is end of June. Anything beyond is OUT OF SCOPE, therefore not relevant to the project and business case.

This is how project management works. All talks of 2027 and beyond is not part of the next steps.

Nothing wrong for wishing and dreaming of better days but I recall you making similar predictions about lithium hydroxide refineries back in 2023. We are dealing with a junior miner, in Africa where development takes ages, that has never raised any revenues through commercial means. It is what it is Acker, you can call a house cat a tiger, but it's still a house cat.

Acker, you really are getting high off your own supply. Maybe that cabbage you are picking in your garden all day long is not cabbage afterall but a different type of greenery.

You say that the anticipated commercial output will resolve Prems cash problem without assistance,have you actually read the agreement with Canmax. (I said some of the financial issues, if Zulu can produce, with the revenue generated, they can feed Canmax, whom has been incredibly leniant up until now, and pay off debts, surepy you can grasp that)

If investors stay away then Prem will face colossal cash problems throughout most of the year. (Yeah and? Where did I state any different?)

And what project manager would ignore the importance of the 2027 Zimbabwe government regulations,are you going to sit on your backside until 31/12/2026 then wake up to the fact that Premier requires a refinery and will have to move all SC6 production 165km to toll another refinery during own refinery construction. (What part of "one step a time" do you not get? We have a new deadline, that is end of June of you noticed, anything that needs doing before that is of paramount importance, anything after that is partially irrelevant. 2027 is still far away and PREM has no licence and no money.)

Hill will get Prem through the current problems. (That's the same thing you said about GR. But I am sure you'll change tune and idea for the nth time at some point)

Don't mince my words, stick to the facts and work through issues one step at the time instead of 4p predictions in 2030.

Acker what you agree and disagree on keeps changing weekly. One minute you call us backstabbers for not supporting GR, the next you want him out. One minute you dislike GH and now you think he's the next best thing to sliced bread. One minute you think Zulu has all sort of issues and its done for, the next you think lithium processing plants and 4p prices are realistic.

I on the other hand, have been saying the same thing for the past 12 months:

- PREM is broke and all these promises about buyers and investors have turned out to be nothing

- Dilution is the only way PREM can raise money, as the knight is shining armour that you claimed, is nowhere to be seen

- Yes the higher spod prices are a positive generally speaking but the SC4 we got stored is contaminated, it's been spelled out in RNSs in the past

- We need at least $10 million (ideally 20), to pay off debts and keep Goddard at bay until end of June. Then we need to see this bl00dy report and the miriad of issues it probably identifies. Then we need a plan to resolve them. If you think the secondary floatation plant is the single solution to all of Zulu's problems you must be high off your own supply.

- The clock is ticking once again and PREM is under pressure to deliver a plan and much needed liquidity

That's how simple the plan is mate, I know cause I'm a project manager delivering multi million pound projects in the City. Get your scope and project plan sorted, get the finances signed off, identify a timeline, get the key stakeholders to sign it all off and get the delivery of your plan underway.

Forget RHA, forget MNH, forget lithium hydroxide plans, as they mean absolutely nothing if Zulu cannot do its part. And thentime to act is NOW as if we can even get SC4-5 uncontaminated, at these prices Zulu can resolve most financial issues on its own. If PREM is capable of the above, I agree that investors/buyers will come back flooding in.

(I'm not even going to begin on the Zimb exporting bans, missong licences etc, that's for another issue and discussion for later on)

Keeping it real, the long stop date has provided some relief, funding is the next topic to be tackled, how PREM funds the debts and plant fixes should be the only focus now. All other talk of selling contaminated 4% spodumene and lithium processing plants are rubbish. The next 5 months is the only focus investors (and traders) should keep their eyes on. One step at the time, but things are looking slightly better now compared to just 3 weeks ago, nice to see volumes rising again after 3 months of nothingness.

And if that happens Rio Tinto becomes the largest mining company in the world. And if Glencore is the trading house interested in Zulu, that means Rio Tinto may be the one PREM/Canmax will be doing the negotiating with. That would change things to the upside. Watching with interest for now.

Also GR stood in front of Stockbox camera in May 2023, saying "We will be shipping by month end, even if takes me filling those spodumene bags myself!"

George spoke of small batches of spodumene, at a low grade, containing talc and serpentinite. These contaminants were not being removed by the ore sorters. None of that stuff is of any use besides for laboratory testing. Definively not for sale on the market as Canmax had already refused their purchase. And this is why the second sorter needs to be brought in. Also let's not forget that production needs to be consistent, something the current plant has never been able to achieve. Let's keep it real and avoid fake news.

We have mate, and with all the fixes GR has needed funding for over the years, for all those times that he promised "With this solution we'll be producing soon", this all feels like deja vú. I'm keeping my enthusiasm in my pocket for now, i'll believe it only when the plant will ACTUALLY produce something of value.

While the company is silent about the future, the long stop date is nigh, the plant is shut, no idea of what fixes are needed, the report has been hidden from investors and Graham refuses to share info, the share price is down 63% in just a month, the only thing holders are hanging on to is the rise in spodumene prices. It's a sad state of affairs. ⏰️

Some of you live in la la land, in the mean time all your buys are now down 70-80%. When will you realise that this is dead? But by all means, keep buying and "being positive" 😂

So basically Goddard is seizing the plant and wishing to sell it for scrap metal to cover the debt. But Graham is still hopeful he can find a deal with them to repay them back, which obviously means dilute the investors further, if allowed. This is a sinking ship, 8 days left before the hyenas rip it apart ⏰️

Not even the decency to do a Stockbox interview, but then again, he knows he will be asked questions for which he has no positive answers to:

- Where is the independent report and what does it tell us?

- How will PREM find at least $20 million to pay back creditors, pay staff and fund the fixes to the plant?

- With just over 2 weeks to go before contract expiry, will Canmax provide a long stop extension?

- If yes to extension, what is the plan moving forward?

- If no to extension, what is the plan moving forward?

Also, Stockbox has been busy interviewing more serious players at the Swiss Mining Institute and at the Resourcing Tomorrow convention. PREM is too little and meaningless to participate in these events any longer.

Canmax doesn't have to pay anything, all they have to do is wait 19 more days and Zulu is legally theirs. Then all they have to do is agree with a third party like Glencore or whomever, to take over the Zulu pits and have them extract about 50,000 tonnes of SC6. At the current price that would raise about $60 million and pay everything and everyone back.

Didn't GR estimate about 2 million tonnes of spodumene at Zulu? That would leave plenty more millions for that third party to make while producing for Canmax. Win win while PREM andnits investors lose it all.

It's a small drop. Not that it matters to us. Any sane company that wishes to buy resources knows well that PREM is stuck and cannot produce anything but broken promises, and all they have to do is wait 1st of January to just negotiate with Canmax and take Zulu, or a part of it. That'swhat I would do anyhow, act like a vulture and pick apart the little that PREM has done.

Without the longstop extension us private investors are doomed here. Volumes and interest have dried up, GH dislikes social media and interviews and has gone quiet. No report from the auditors yet for us to see. No plan for the future. 25 days away from losing it all.

Don't know where Acker and SK are coming from, thinking it's a buyer's market and that a turnaround is imminent.

We need news on the longstop date and we need info of how the miriad of problems are going to be tackled, and we need this asap.

There is nothing for them to say though, except "we have no money". The only news we really need besides more broken promises is the longstop extension, if that will happen. Plant is not operating, staff isn't getting paid, no third party white knight to save the day. Very sad state of affairs.
